    extremely pleased

    The HVAC Service recently replaced our old boiler with a new Viessman. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of the expert. Will use them again.

    new boiler installation

    Because I was extremely disappointed with the way the installation was done I cancelled the contract as per the directions of a representative of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. The company did not abide by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and we were left in limbo without return of our down payment. The kind of company you sometimes hear about and hope you never have dealings with.

    New Boiler - New Tankless Water Heater

    All I can say is I don't understand how they have so many positive reviews! We wanted to replace our furnace, so this is one of the companies we had come out and give us a quote. Unfortunately, we ended up going with them and we have had nothing but trouble. We were quoted on the boiler and talked into switching our traditional water tank to a combi unit. We agreed and were told the unit would vent directly outside vs using the old chimney. The day we scheduled them to come, they told us they could not install a combi unit, but rather they would install a tankless water heater and a boiler. When they installed the tankless unit it was not installed properly, as the intake was suppose to be vented to the outside(to bring outside air in vs using the basement air). We were not told that there needed to be a water line that takes excess water away from the tankless unit so instead of routing this to a drain the plastic tubing was left running across our floor in front of the washing machine to the floor drain. Additionally, instead of venting the boiler directly out as they said they were going to do, they vented it through the old chimney. We first had trouble with the boiler that was leaking and they refused to change it out, it has rust on it from the leak and they finally did agree to extend the warranty from the one year we originally had. Now we have had hot water on and off for almost a week. They came to change the fresh air vent to the outside as it was originally installed incorrectly and have had to come back three times as it now is getting an error code due to CO2(they also cancelled the original appointment 3 times and when they did finally come back the three times they were way past the time they said they would arrive) as it was installed improperly. We called them again today with no response on when someone could come out asap to fix it. The customer service is terrible, they speak over you and make excuses for everything. We had to pay another company to come in and fix it and have had no trouble with. Needless to say today, less than a year after the boiler being installed, it is not working. We called to have a technician come(today is very cold)to look at it and no one can come until tomorrow evening(30 hours from now). So if you value customer service and an ethical company this is not it. Do yourself a big favour and find a more reputable company.

    Boiler installation.

    At the end of the installation of the boiler, tech went through everything and double -checked that everything was operating properly before departing. I am highly Would recommend this team.

    Boiler repair!

    A fantastic little family of the HVAC service that are responsive and, more importantly for me, completed complex work with not responding boiler in a short time. Very highly recommended; I will use them again when my boiler requires maintenance next year.

    Would recommend 100%.

    The HVAC Service was recommended to me due to my Bosch boiler not heating and becoming too noisy, it needed repair and the price quoted was reasonable and adequate. Would recommend this team to others 100%.

    High-quality equipment.

    I become a fan of the Lennox brand thanks to the HVAC Service. I rented a furnace for five years before purchasing a Lennox air handle, as advised by The HVAC Service. It is the greatest firm in the world that offers such high quality equipment.

    Great service!

    Only good things can be said about the HVAC Service. John, the technician, came on time, as planned. It took two hours of meticulous and difficult labor to solve it. As a consequence, the Lennox frnace issue was resolved.

    Great suggestions!

    The HAVC Service crew impressed me since they are so knowledgeable. The Bosch boiler had a multifunction, and there was no heat. A technician performed diagnostics, identified the source of the problem, and made the appropriate suggestions. I can certainly recommend he firm as definitely.

    Satisfy for this service.

    I'm not sure I've ever seen a fix go that quickly. The whole thing took at least fifteen minutes, if not more. It wasn't that it was simple, but I received the impression that if the technician John from the HVAC Service closed his eyes, he could repair it just as fast.
