    Great team and customer service

    Amazing service start to finish. We got a Furnace replacement and heat pump installation and attic insulation done with Mas Air. Leon and team were super patient with all our questions on the work and how it will be completed. Very accommodating to some specific requests on location of exhausts etc. very responsive and the teams that showed up to do the work were very respectful of our home and keeping things tidy while working.

    Attic insulation and Heat Pump installation

    On the day of our attic inspection (following a severe snowstorm), Norman arrived on time. He inspected the attic thoroughly, took several pictures, and provided a comprehensive explanation of the situation. On the day of installation, Norman and his crew did an excellent job and left the house in the same condition it was before. Since the insulation top-up, the temperature within our house has been much more even and the comfort level increased drastically. For the excellent job quality and price paid, we highly recommend Mas Air Home Comfort. We also had Mas Air Home Comfort replace our furnace and AC with a new Heat Pump and backup furnace. Again, the crew performed a fantastic job on the day of installation. They left our place in the same condition that they came in. They ensured to make no damage to our basement which was recently renovated. At the end of installation, they tested everything and explained all necessary details I needed to know. With the excellent quality of work and competitive price of their Heat Pumps, we would also highly recommend Mas Air Home Comfort.

    quick and professional service at great rate

    Our 20-year-old furnace broke down on a freezing weekend night, and I called several companies. Mas Air gave me a great rate, their rep on the phone very knowledgeable, and booked our work for the next day. Very happy with the quality of work and the service, I am recommending them to my friends.

    Awesome service

    You guys did a good job! My furnace wasn't working day before Christmas Eve. After calling dozens of heating companies, I called the Mas Air Home Comfort inc. Shawn answered my phone and promised me to install a high quality product at a good price. It was freezing cold day on Christmas Eve, Shawn and technicians came to my house and replaced the furnace quickly and perfectly as promised. They did a good job, leaving no mess after the furnace was installed. Thank you very much! Highly recommend the company to friends and family!

    Insulation

    I wanted to upgrade my attic insulation. I called for several estimations. Some companies are so busy with insulation nowadays that they could not come out to see you until several days later. The estimation from Mas Air has the most reasonable price on similar material. Also, Norman, the advisor, is the only one who was care enough to follow up on their estimation and reply to my questions promptly. Other companies did not even bother to contact me again after the initial estimation. Our bathroom fan exhaust was not connected properly and caused moulding in the attic. Mas Air helped to clean the moulds in the attic and re-connect the bathroom fan exhaust. Norman ensured that all preparation work was done correctly and rectified any issue before additional insulation material was added. Mas Airs insulation staff arrived promptly on the scheduled day and worked efficiently to add additional insulation material. With reasonable pricing, prompt replies and on schedule works, I found the work of Mas Air is recommendable. I would not hesitate to refer Mas Air to my relatives and friends.

    new furnace ,ac installation

    just got new furnace with humidifier and ac change today, staffs are totally service, fast appointment, great service, the sales Shawn is really nice and helpful. 100% professional .

    Excellent and knowledgeable furnace tankless water heater install

    Mas Air Home Comfort provided outstanding service to install a new furnace and tankless water heater. They walked me through every step from taking time to understand my requirements, quote, measure, selecting the equipment, to installation. What I appreciate most is that their response time is extremely quick. Installation was smooth and they left the site clean. I will highly recommend them to others.

    Excellent service

    My tankless now up and running for two weeks, no issues. George and Alec is really a fantastic team. The company not only provides competitive price, service is excellent as well.

    Insulation

    Im very pleased with the customer service and job. The were very quick and clean and guide though the rebates program. Highly recommend MAs Air services.
