    Lennox Air Conditioner

    On Tuesday this week I found that after a winter, my 22-year-old Lennox central air conditioner finally broke down. I consulted three companies. Mas Air's price is better, and they can install the AC in two days. I'm glad I chose the AC recommended by Mas Air and their installation service.

    Excellent after-purchase service

    After they installed our heat pump, it did not work. Turns out to be some valve problem in the outdoor unit, and mas air told me that its time-consuming to replace the part so they gladly changed the entire outdoor unit at no cost. Im happy that they are responsible and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Heat pump is working perfectly now, and so I can say that Im happy with the result.

    Wall insulation

    I have an unfinished house and needed to get the wall insulation done ASAP because my dry wall contractor needs to come in 2 days and i have to get the insulation done before. Reached out to mas air and they understood the urgency of the situation. They sent two workers to work on my house at the end of the day, and finished the job by 2 AM. There are still no lights installed in the house, so they worked their way dark in the night with head lights. I cant appreciate them enough.

    Kinghome Heat pump

    Heard about the free heat pump offer from a friend and she recommended Mas air. Shawn checked out our home and told us that our breaker and wire need to be changed, so it cannot be covered by the $7100 rebate. Whatsoever, I only need to pay $100 in extra cost, its not that much so I decided to go along. When doing the installation, two technician spent 6 hours from morning to afternoon. Results are great! I dont have any issue with the heat pump installed.

    Good review!

    Technician David changed my furnace. I chose mas air because after asking around, their price is the most reasonable and they provide free labor warranty for a year. My filter rack is breaking apart, so they also changed my filter rack for free. Would recommend this company if you want to upgrade your HVAC.

    Fixed Tankless Water Heater

    I contacted mas air because my tankless water heater is not functioning. They were able to arrange someone day after to check and found out that there are some dead rats in the machine. The technician cleaned bodies and changed my piping to prevent something like this to happen again. Now the water heater is working again, and hopefully no more rats will show up!

    Installed Heat Pump

    I had my heat pump installed with this company and it was a snow day, but the technician arrived on time and put up a tenant outside to install the outdoor unit. When they install the indoor unit, they also rolled blanket to prevent my basement floor from damaging. I dont know if this is industry standard but im happy they did all of this.

    Majority was fine but scheduling was a headache

    Worked with Norman at the beginning for quoting attic insulation. I got the sense this company only works on weekends and they have weekday jobs. It was very difficult to reach them and get a confirmation of when they would come to do the attic insulation. The energy auditor made a comment about why they would do the entrance that way because insulation rained everywhere when you open the attic hatch. The techs that came were not very good at communicating. In the end Norman had to talk to them separate and me separately to clarify what is being communicated. The invoice that indicated it was paid also came quite late and held up reporting to the government for the rebates. This company definitely positions itself as the savvy budget one. This includes tips on gluing together boards for the attic hatch cover, and the combination they advised for the heat pump. I did not go with them for the heat pump. So if savvy budget is what you're looking for, they would fit.

    Great team and customer service

    Amazing service start to finish. We got a Furnace replacement and heat pump installation and attic insulation done with Mas Air. Leon and team were super patient with all our questions on the work and how it will be completed. Very accommodating to some specific requests on location of exhausts etc. very responsive and the teams that showed up to do the work were very respectful of our home and keeping things tidy while working.

    Attic insulation and Heat Pump installation

    On the day of our attic inspection (following a severe snowstorm), Norman arrived on time. He inspected the attic thoroughly, took several pictures, and provided a comprehensive explanation of the situation. On the day of installation, Norman and his crew did an excellent job and left the house in the same condition it was before. Since the insulation top-up, the temperature within our house has been much more even and the comfort level increased drastically. For the excellent job quality and price paid, we highly recommend Mas Air Home Comfort. We also had Mas Air Home Comfort replace our furnace and AC with a new Heat Pump and backup furnace. Again, the crew performed a fantastic job on the day of installation. They left our place in the same condition that they came in. They ensured to make no damage to our basement which was recently renovated. At the end of installation, they tested everything and explained all necessary details I needed to know. With the excellent quality of work and competitive price of their Heat Pumps, we would also highly recommend Mas Air Home Comfort.
