We also found similar issues at other project when we replace carpet with new flooring as those kind of problem would be found after we remove existing carpet and carpet underpad. It is a pleasure to work for your project and particularly you also notice that we fixed the subfloor problem in order to install new flooring properly. However, the success of the project is made possible by your cooperation and quick decision when we explain about the problems and suggest solution of the problems. I am glad that you notice that we try to do more than what we should do and eliminate squeakiness of your stair steps, we did that because we have opportunity to do something that time and because there will be no opportunity to fix the squeakiness after we refinish and upgrade your stairs. Thank you for your review Linda, and also for your understanding and cooperation to deal with mold suspicion when our installer found your condo concrete subfloor was still wet at some area when we remove existing flooring underlayment. It was unexpected to both of you and us because the leakage happened about 5-6 months before we replace your flooring. Most important is that we clean up the mold, which initially was not in our estimate and plan, and continue the flooring replacement. It was made possible because of your understanding and cooperation throughout the project execution. Once again, thank you so much and we are looking forward to our future project and your bedroom flooring replacement.
