    FRONT DOOR & PATIO DOOR REPLACEMENT

    Great company. Polite and professional throughout the install and follow up appointment. Very friendly salesman, who explained everything thoroughly, with no pressure to purchase. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after completion. Im very happy with the work done and love my new, wider front door. I will definitely use them again when I start to replace my windows. Highly recommend.

    Great products and great service

    This was the second time we purchased products from Consumers Direct Windows and Doors. This time around we replaced a bay window, bathroom window, front and side doors and we are so pleased with the quality and service we received. The attention to detail was evident from the consultation stage when dealing with David, right to the end after the items were installed. The quality of the finish was great and we especially get comments on the front door, which really makes a statement for the front entrance. I would highly recommend Consumers Direct Windows and Doors and would definitely use them again for future projects.

    Great installation and honest company

    Jamie was great helping us out with the entire process; very patient and honest. From window measuring, consulting, providing advice - we were very happy with how he helped us make the right decision for our home project of windows and doors. Found that it was especially helpful being first time homeowners and a young couple. The company itself was also really great and straight forward with handling the payments. We knew the structure of the deposits and nothing was fully paid until the job was 100% complete. They also handled this very well when we realized the door installed had a significant scratch on the day of installation. They made sure that a new door was ordered and reinstalled. Took a few more weeks, but wasn't an issue at all and again, payment was done at the end. Really happy with their service.

    Livingroom Window replacement

    Got our old living room window replaced by Consumer Direct and we are so glad we chose them! Mr.Rob inspected , made sure to explain the process and suggested the best suitable in our budget. Explained each technical details and patiently listened to us and answered all our queries. The entire team is proactive in resolving our queries and helped us timely. The window also got installed before estimated time and installation guys were very experienced and expert. The did the job cleanly and very less time. Would strongly recommend Consumer Direct. Great service from sales to installation. I am happy with service I received from CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS.

    Windows and doors .. well done!

    North York older home renovation needed windows and doors. A wall, small door and windows were removed to accommodate a large patio slider. Quote written by Mike was competitive but his knowledge was key to our decision. Returned calls and followed up with clarifications. Delivery date was exactly as promised. Nick at Brampton office was also very helpful. Installers, led by Rick who went above and beyond, were excellent and arrived early each day despite the cold. The temperature difference in our house with these new insulated windows is noticeable. Front door with sidelight and transom will arrive at end of the reno and I know it will be perfect too. We highly recommend this company, sales staff and installation crew.

    Highly recommend

    Needed to replace the side entrance to my home got many quotes and spoke with many contractors. Consumer Direct had the best quality and the best price, the staff are very knowledgeable, installers friendly and tidy. The door was installed quickly and correctly with no issues. I will be replacing the front door next and will be returning to Consumer Direct for another flawless installation.

    Windows, patio door & storm door

    Excellent Service. Orangeville Steve came in did what he had to do; windows were ready at the time promised. Installers showed courtesy and cleaned up after themselves.

    Complete window replacement

    I first saw a house in my neighborhood getting their windows replaced from Consumer Direct Windows and doors. I contacted them and within a few days someone was out to measure my windows and I received a detailed quote shortly after. They were very professional from the sales person to the installers. They even assisted with filing the rebate with my energy provider. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and I am absolutely loving my new windows!

    Windows & Back Patio Door

    Consumer Direct and Arthur did a great job explain the company, and the work that was to be done. The quote and contract was competitive and process was clear. They started the project on time, and Arthur did a great job communicating to me next steps. He committed to doing excellent work, and he did. We did hit a snag at the later stages, but both Arthur and Nick resolved the matter with professionalism and commitment that I haven't experienced before. They said they would do it, and they did it. I"m thankful for having gone with Consumer Direct, both my windows and my back patio door were professionally installed and fixed! Thank you!
