Nice basement windows.
My rep took my measurements from me over the phone to get started and then came by the next day to confirm all measurements. Installation was actually a month early, April 2023. Was done quickly and no mess was left. I did have a small concern but they came right out to address it. Great customer service.

Two terrific window installation jobs
Consumer Direct Windows has all the right answers & products. They had the window types & sizes to meet all our needs and all their windows also qualified for the Energy Grant Program. They delivered ahead of schedule & all work both inside & out was completed in one day. I can highly recommend them for all your door & window needs.

Windows and Doors Installed
We had front entrance doors as well as patio doors and windows provided and installed by Consumer Direct. Our sales person was very pleasant and listened to our needs and concerns to 0rovide us with exactly what we needed. We are also very happy with the father and son install team. All in all it was a good experience.

Doors and Windows replacement
Fantastic experience - two doors and two windows replaced in January! Very happy with the quotation process, great price and service and the installers topped it all off. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Door Replacement (qty 4)
4 exterior doors including 2 street facing doors were replaced. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The people, the product and the installation surpassed our expectations.

REPLACE ORIGINAL PICTURE WINDOW WITH PICTURE + 2 CASEMENTS
Sales rep took time to discuss options for replacement window, including pros and cons. Installation took place earlier than initially forecast. Installation crews showed up on schedule - completed work efficiently and and did a commendable job in insuring site was properly cleaned up.

Home window replacement
This is a professional company, from the salesman to the window construction and finally the installation. The process was seamless, the installers were knowledgeable good natured and left very little debris when finished. Top notch.

House windows
We needed new windows. Call in the morning and by the same afternoon they were in our house doing an assessment. Super efficient and fair prices! Took about 6 months for the windows to come in and took them 2 days to install. Overall, very happy with the process.

Patio door and a window replacement
From consultation to installation, the job was professional done with update from knowledgeable staff all the way through. The installation crew did an excellent job and the after work clean up was spotless.
