    Windows and Patio Door

    Graeme provided us with the info that we needed for our windows and patio door from start to finish. The installers (Sina and Hayan) showed up on time and did a great job. Really appreciated their work.

    Replaced all our home windows and three sliding doors.

    We are very pleased with the windows and sliding doors. Mike was especially helpful in explaining and working through the whole process to us. There were no issues and all was done in a timely manner. The installers were professional, not intrusive and cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend your company further.

    Window Replacement

    Working with David on this project was very easy, timelines were met, the project cost matched my budget and lower than other quotes for similar product. The installers completed the project in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I would consider doing future project with David and his team.

    Window Replacement

    Sales rep Morgan was incredibly to deal with and inspected the finish project. The crew that installed the windows were curious, respectfully of the home, arrived on time and cleaned up after the installation and very pleased with their work.

    Windows and patio door replacement

    My new windows and patio door is beautiful but more importantly they are well insulated and kept the draft out last winter. The installers were very patient and attentive and as a result we found a hole in the wall where the old patio door was and where water had been leaking into my basement (I had previously tried exterior waterproofing and sealant which did not stop the leak). They sealed the hole before installing the new patio door and there has been 4 heavy downpours and no rain leaked into my basement. I am very pleased.

    3 new windows installed

    Exceptional service from the salesman Steve to the window installers. Steve was patient with me while trying to make our choice on installation. Answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The installation went very well and the clean up was immaculate. Would highly recommend !! Ruth and Jack Ennis

    Front and Back door installation

    Had consumer direct out to do my front and back door and upstairs washroom window. The work was efficient and well done. They cleaned up all mess afterwards. Morgan the estimator came out afterwards to check on the quality and make sure we are happy with the results. We are very happy with out new doors.

    Excellent Quality and Customer Service

    This was a great experience from the initial query, through the quote process, ordering and installation. The process was timely and professional. Scott was our Sales Rep and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Following the installation, both Scott and the office have responded to queries on a timely basis, even after 8 months. We highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows and Doors.

    Windows

    Ordering from Consumers Direct was informative and well explained. Arthur was friendly, but knew the product well and was able to explain everything thoroughly. When the day of installation came, their people showed up early and immediately got to work. They were professional and courteous throughout. They were diligent, and efficient throughout the day, having to install nine windows in all. When finished, they went above and beyond by helping to remove the metal shutters that were originally on the front of the house. I will definitely be calling to order, and install the rest of the windows

    New windows and doors

    We have used Morgan for two different installations and his service was beyond our expectations. He was polite, informative and never pushy. He answered our questions and gave us all the info needed to make the best decision for us. He was also very respectful of our budget. I highly recommend him if you are looking to replace your windows or doors.
