    I had 20+ windows replaced in my home by Consumer Direct. Mike,the sales rep was amazing introducing me with the product information, helped me making the right choice and guided me with the rebate application. The installers Suti and his colleague were very polite, worked efficiently and didnt leave any mess behind. Great price and customer service! Im very satisfied with outcome!

    Patio Door Installation

    Morgan came to my house to give me a quote and presented me with a ton of information. I went to their showroom and was very impressed with it as well as with the products they sell. It was installed in half the time I was told and Steve came by to see how it was going. I am extremely pleased.

    new windows

    in September of 2023 we had new windows installed. The process from quote to installation was about 12 weeks. The 2 guys that did the installation of the windows where fabulous wish we knew their names, they are very good. they did 7 windows in 9 hours. Thank you so much

    Installation of a picture window

    In 2023 (July) Consumer Direct Windows & Doors installed a picture window, ~ 8ft x 5ft. The planning was thoroughly done and the lead-time for the window was ~ 8wks. The installation team (2person) completed the removal and install of the window in less than 2 hrs. The end result is the window met our expectations and I have received a number of positive comments from neighbours and passers-by. This is the second time that we have had windows manufactured and installed by Consumer Direct, ie in 2022 we had 3 windows replaced. My current plan is to have Consumer Direct replace a further 2 windows in 2024.

    Replacement Basement windows

    I had received much higher quotes from 2 other companies before I talked to Mike Musso from Consumer Direct. Mike was able to find the perfect windows for a very good price. The installers were very polite, quick and thorough It was an all round pleasant experience. I love my new basement windows.

    New Windows

    My wife and I were very happy with the service, quality and installation of the windows we received from Consumer's Direct. They had certain sizes of windows that we couldn't find elsewhere.

    Windows and doors replacement

    We had our doors and windows replaced. We had about 10 companies come and give us a quote. We think this company was very fair and had lots of knowledge.

    Professional window Installation

    We had our windows done and their service was great. The window glass quality, Tripple pane ones are exceptional. The team was efficient, communicative and were able to finish the service professionally. Highly recommend them!
