My husband and I were looking to replace the windows in our 60+ home. When we shopped around we found that many companies were either unreasonably priced or trying to push products we didnt need. This is until we found Consumers Direct Windows & Doors. From the initial consultation to the installation of our windows, Consumers Direct offered professional services and excellent quality at a competitive price. We had our windows installed in January and have seen improvements in our energy bills ever since. We will definitely hire them again to replace our doors. If you are looking to replace your windows or doors, Consumers Direct Windows & Doors is the way to go.

The price was reasonable, The tilt windows makes cleaning the windows a breeze. The windows were delivered on time. The windows were installed by Shawn, excellent install , the wood trim and outside sheet metal work excellent . all the old windows removed. Shawn topped the total experience with his excellent workmanship.

Consumer Direct installed new exterior doors for our front and side entrance. They were very friendly from the moment the sales rep came to examine the job and provide options & quote to the point the doors were installed. Doors look fantastic and are of great quality and no shortcuts were taken during the installation process. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

A great experience from the time i invited the sales rep (DAVID) to come in and give a quote to the last day of payment, all went smooth. Window quality is great and the workmanship as well and not to mention the price point was amazing too. We got a lot of compliments on the windows after the job was done. I highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors. We were given a reasonable quotation for all our window requirements. The representative presented samples of Energy Star's Most Efficient Windows and made sure that the installation of what we ordered would give us great satisfaction. The installers were attentive, friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough. We were also informed on the functionality of the new windows. The new windows were installed in February 2022 and it gave my house a wonderful makeover.

The installation was great, we were very impressed with the installers who were respectful in our home and completed the install with great care and precision in the finishes - and my husband is VERY picky! I got a new home and the windows have never been replaced; the windows were around 30 years old. I contacted quite a few companies in the area and decided to go with Consumer Direct. There was no leakage of cold air coming into the house after three windows and one kitchen window replacement

We are happy with the new windows from consumer windows and doors. The exterior colours matched perfectly as there were already windows replaced with a different company. The sales person was very easy to work with and allowed me to visit their showroom to double check and the installers came on time. Prices were really good... I wish I had discovered consumer windows and doors sooner. Thank you!
