Great job from the initial quote to the installation. Helping with the rebate process by providing step by step instructions was a great bonus.

This company was incredible in its' service, care and quality of workmanship. The windows and doors that they have used are great in all ways and even though they had some huge ordeals to deal with because of the previous installation, it didn't affect the price or their attitude, even though it extended the length of installation time considerably.

We are are first time customers with Consumer Direct Window. Jerry was our sales rep and did our estimate. He was very courteous and helpful to our needs. He's very knowledgeable and gave us various quotes based on colour and style. We recently had 1 bay window, 7 windows and 1 patio door replaced. We got other quotes and Consumers Direct gave us the best quote with triple paned windows. Jerry helped us out with regards to the energy rebate. As for the installation, they did an amazing job both inside and outside! They finished installation in one day with a 2nd day needed for caulk. Installers were professional and cleaned up well. We are happy that we chose Consumer Direct Windows!

Consumer Direct installed new windows, sliding doors and exterior doors in my 1880 townhouse. The windows and doors are great quality and they did a fantastic job of fitting and installing the windows in some very awkward places. The exterior metal trim and interior wood trim both look lovely and very stylistically appropriate to the house. I definitely recommend them!

We had 6 new windows, a patio door and front door entrance installed. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the work and service provided by Consumers Direct. Jerry provided our quote which was straight forward, very reasonable and without a big sales pitch. The follow up measurements and scheduling were handled very professionally. Isaac & Adam completed our installation skillfully and on time, and they left no mess behind. We are especially pleased to have found a company that could install our special piece of glass on our front door. All employees who made the quoation, measurements and installation were friendly and very professional. I love how the window looks and the measurement were very accurate. They also made sure that everything including framing looks good and intact. Their employees provided attention to detail, listened to what we wanted and needed, made a sound recommendations. They also cleaned up after all the work has been done.
