Replacement windows in our bangalow
Alex and his crew were incredible. The job was finished to our satisfaction in the two days that were promised. Alex was open to suggestions that we made and he obliged. We would recommend Consumers Direct without any hesitations. It started with salesman, Dan, he explained what needed to be done and gave us an acceptable quote. This was followed by a gentleman who took measurements, than we were phoned when the windows arrived.

Updated windows and doors
I started out looking for a replacement for my front door, however it turned out to be a complete window replacement. Gone, 25 year old wood windows and front door, in with the new; modern, custom windows, and front door that really accents the house. Professional and courteous staff from the sales, inside and installation teams, overall, a great experience and an amazing high quality product.

New windows and doors
From beginning to end, excellent customer service from salesperson to installers. Salesperson inspired confidence in service and product immediately, pricing was more than competitive and the windows and doors lived up beautifully. Installation was very professional and exactly on time and to our specifications. Alex is a detail oriented perfectionist and did a fantastic job for us. Highly recommend!

Windows
The installers were first class very professional and very polite and they left our house very clean and tidy after doing 19 windows. These guy were top notch.

Patio Door
We needed a new patio door and Consumer Direct was highly recommended. We were not disappointed. We called and set up an appointment and David came out the next day to show us various products. He was great to deal with and was not a pushy sales guy. Installation was great. We are pleased with the door and service.

The ordered doors and window were of excellent quality. The installation used the best materials and was flawlessly executed. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.
