I cannot sing enough praise about Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. From start to finish, this has been an A+ experience. Jerry provided the most outstanding advice. We needed to change our front door, patio door, huge front upper and lower window, as well as all the main floor windows. The advice we received was priceless. It is a huge purchase and investment, so you want to be sure you make the right choices. The guidance we received ensured just that. The measurements were taken quickly. Mike notified us once our windows and doors had arrived (and worked with our schedule to book our installation). The installers were absolutely incredible. They were hard-working and efficient. They cleaned up very well upon completion. My husband works in the trades and said he hasn't seen such professionalism and keen organization in a long time. We absolutely adore our new windows and doors. The quality is outstanding. All of our neighbors keep walking by and complimenting our home. It has truly transformed our property. It has added value and beauty to our home. We also received a call immediately after the work was completed from Mike, to ensure everything went smoothly.
