    Upright freezer and washing machine

    Hundred percent reliable. Friendly and helpful. Got the job done as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend and would use again. They responded immediately and told me when they were on the way.

    Kitchen

    The CAS technician's name is Edgard. He came on time. I didn’t even have to tell him to take his shoes off. He put on his shoe protection cover right away. He was really professional and replaced my kitchen control panel dilingently. The icing on the cake is that the guy is super nice and does care! Keep up the good work Edgard. Thank you!

    Fridge repair

    I had a great experience. They came out the same day that I called them which is amazing when an appliance stops working. Technician was prompt, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely use CAS repair and installation again.

    Amazing dryer repair

    Vova was great! Quick to reply, super professional and literally took apart my whole dryer and identified the issue and put it all back together. Kept me in the loop as he was going along. While we werent able to test it at the time of fix, he tole me the next steps, he identified that the dryer socket was not at full wattage and required an electrician(who I found from Homestars-who was great too).. tested the dryer. Working very well. The follow up from CAS showed their client care and was much appreciated! Highly recommend

    Washing machine repair

    Prompt and polite response to our service request. We discussed possible ranges of costs versus cost of replacement and time to repair and we were satisfied with the answers provided so booked a service appointment. The service person was on time and professional, and took the time to explain the problem and what would be required to replace broken part. The part was available the next day, so something we thought would take a week or so was dine in two.

    Fast, Professional and Inexpensive

    My oven was not working. The choice was to buy a new oven or try to fix it. I called, he came and it was fixed. The service was fast, professional and inexpensive. Saved me buying a new oven. I highly recommend call them to service your oven and other appliances.

    Refrigerator repair

    We needed to have service for our Kitchenaid refrigerator so we looked on Homestars to request service. Etgar was super quick to respond and was able to come within a couple days. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very reasonable. He was able to answer many questions we had and offered us advice. I would highly recommend for any appliance repairs and would not hesitate to call for future service!

    Thermador wall oven

    Repair person Diagnosed my oven very quickly, he was very informative and very friendly and courteous. I would recommend to anyone who would like a repair. Arrived on time and very clean work. Thanks

    Edgar is great!

    Edgar has been my go to for repairs on my appliances for several years now. He is fantastic to work with. Kind, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He cares about his clients and always works with them. Provides great advice to prolong the life of the appliances.

    Broken Washer

    We were messaging with one of the CAS staff on HomeStars, and they gave honest, clear advice on our nearly 20-year-old washer. Appreciated the clear advice and no sales pitch.
