    Dryer Connection problem

    Dryer stopped working after the renovation. Etgar found out that there was no issue with the connection and it was running fine. He was kind enough to just charge the minimum service fee only. This could have been a prey for someone who could just charge extra for whatever reason. I would definitely recommend Etgar for the honesty and professionalism.

    Dishwasher didn’t drain - quick repair

    Within minutes of detailing the problem in my home stars service request, Etgar reached out. He listened and assured me that likely it was going to be an appliance and not a plumbing problem. He was able to stop by the next day and got straight into it. Very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently found the part that was blocking and preventing the machine from draining. He flushed it and gave me additional helpful information. Not even 30 minutes later, the machine was running smoothly again and now I know what to do to prevent this from happening again. 100% recommend Etgar!

    Fixed Fridge

    Where an issue with our freezer icing up and it was fixed smoothly and quickly by CAS. Very responsive and Etgar was an excellent service person, he explained everything and was extremely helpful.

    Great service

    We needed help hooking up a new fridge. Etgar responded promptly, quoted a final price up front, booked us the next working day, showed up on time and did amazing work. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

    Washing machine

    Edgar by far is the most professional individual in the industry. His service is exceptional and he imparts useful knowledge to demonstrate the company value such as: - what is wrong and why through a visual demonstration of troubleshooting - step by step walkthrough of the process of repair - troubleshooting tips and guidance - other facts on my appliance to pay attention to This is the gold standard of service that I am grateful to have experienced.

    Gas stove repair

    Oven not working on gas stove. Requested service call through Homestars, Etgar responded almost immediately ( it was a Sunday) booked for Monday, gave us notice as requested. I wasn’t home, but my wife was. Etgar called, provided details, came back next day, all done, stove works! This is your guy. Keep his number on speed dial for any appliance repair. Personable, communicative, did what he said he would. What more can you ask for?

    Refrigerator repair

    HomeStars recommended by Reliance Parts. I filled in the questionnaire and within minutes I received a call from a repair person who was in the vicinity. Within 10mins the repairman arrived. I received a call from another repairman after about 15mins. Although, I didn't get a chance to read any reviews about the service, I was relieved that I didn't have to wait hours or days for a repairman. Highly recommend this service.

    Fridge and stove repair

    My fridge stopped working. Through HomeStars I found CAS. Edgar gave a no cost temporary fix for my fridge over the phone in Sept. As he predicted, the fridge noise came back in Nov. This time I asked for a service call. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While here he also fixed my stove (noise from the clock, burnt out broiler and bake elements.). I was so impressed I recommended him to a friend, and wouldn't hesitate to ask for him again. He deserves the 10 stars.

    Subzero freezer not working

    Edgar was extremely knowledgable. He troubleshot the issue within a few minutes, explained his process, outlined the work, and performed it ... all the while with a perfect mixture of passion, professionalism, and friendliness. Throughout the process I never had any question as to his honesty and integrity. He even took the opportunity to have a quick look at our washing machine. This level of service is what I hope, but sadly rarely get, when I need help with something that is broken for which repair is imperative.

    Deep Clean of Washing Machine

    Etgar was incredibly helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with. Very prompt at getting back to me. He made helpful suggestions and gave me options I didn't know existed. I would highly recommend him.
