    Remove Mold, Asbestos and Toxic Materials

    I had some mold on my ceiling in the principle bathroom. Summary of the project: mold treatment, sanding and repainting with mildew resistant paint of the ceiling and approx room size was 12x12ft. Yosvir gave me an estimate after an inspection and was meticulous and thorough with the job. The outcome looks great!

    Good, clean job by a pro

    Yosmir is knowledgeable, multi-skilled, thorough, and professional. He addressed root causes, affected areas, and future prevention. He approached my home with a comforting sense of care. He left the job site clear and clean for the next contractor to come in. As a bonus, he is also a very nice guy!

    Extremely professional!

    Yos was extremely professional. He came quickly, assessed the mold swiftly and in a very thorough manner, and followed up to make sure it had been dealt with. 10/10 would reccommend!

    Mold request following flood

    After heavy rain unit was flooded and tenant requested mold remediations. Work was completed fast and efficient

    Basement Air Test

    A bit of mold in one of my rooms under the hardwood floor, Yosvir conducted an air test and we were given the all clear. He was very professional and had my best interest in mind with budget and being concerned with saving money and not taking apart the floors and wall before doing the proper air test. Great work, much appreciated.

    Mold inspection and removal

    Very responsive, communicative and friendly! The specialist came and quickly assessed the problem. It didnt take long before the mold and smell in my basement was finally remediated and ready for renovation. Im very happy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Exceptional Service and Peace of Mind!

    Outstanding Shower Mold Remediation

    I had a significant mold problem in my shower that had been getting worse over time, so I reached out to Molding Remediations, Inc. for help. From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The team was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the mold removal process.     Basement Mold

    I called Moldy remediations Inc., to inspect my basement that had water damage due to a leak that went unnoticed and we suspected of mold growth. They confirmed we had a mold growth and proceeded to effectively remove it in less than 2 days. Very thankful with their prompt service and the quality of the job. Will totally recommend.
