    I am very happy that I hired Moldy Remediation and Yosvir. He was easy to communicate with and showed up on time, which is appreciated. I own a rental property and the tenant was concerned about mould, which can be a tricky situation. Yosvir was highly professional and took the time to do a thorough inspection and answer all the tenant's questions. He didn't try to upsell additional services when he didn't see any signs of mould. He asked to inspect the unit above to confirm there were no leaks which could lead to mould behind the walls. He appreciates that mould infestations can be a stressful and challenging situation and focuses on putting the customer first. I will definitely be calling the first if I require a mould inspection in the future.

    Moisture and mold is not the best situation to find oneself in. Upon putting a request into HomeStar, Yosvir contacted me almost immediately on the phone. He then came to us the following day and did a thorough inspection and provided a quote later that day. Within 3 days he arrived at my house with his assistant and began the work of removing rotted wood as well as mold in the bathroom. From the moment he stepped into the house he treated it with respect. He laid down protective barriers all through the house and all through the affected area. His communication was clear and concise and at no time did I feel uneasy about what was going on. Within two days he removed the affected areas as well as stripped down the rest of the bathroom with a clear focus on ensuring everything was cleaned and treated. All of this with the highest degree of professionalism and knowledge. If you find yourself needing the service rest assured Yos is the right choice!

    After a leak in our basement, we discovered that we had an issue with some mold that needed to be removed. Yos was great to deal with throughout the whole process - he was able to clearly outline where the problems were, and what would be needed to fix them. Yos was professional, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely call Yos if I had any more mold issues in the future, and would highly recommend Yos and Moldy Remediations Inc. to any others who are dealing with similar issues.

    Yosvir was very prompt with the quote and the entire process was very smooth. He was detailed and walked through the entire process and consulted us before performing any major works. The price was fair and the cleanup was superb. Highly recommend his services.

    Yos came out and inspected the attic after we discovered some mold growth that was not there previously. We did not have any roof leaking but problems can build up over time for a variety of reasons. We agreed that the mold growth was the result of inadequate insulation, a bathroom fan that was not exhausted properly through the roof and overall inadequate roof venting which will be addressed after remediation. He came prepared, was polite, friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He was sincere in his desire to remediate the problem and return us to a healthier home. He had protection for the floors and his equipment and was very methodical and used safety protocols in removing any debris. While there he inspected other areas in the room where we had concerns about possible inadequate insulation and he informed me of any issues. Overall very pleased with his service and would recommend him to others seeking help to address similar issues in their home.
