    Pest control

    We have been using Insight pest control for 2 years now. I am impressed by the professionalism and commitment to customer service from all their service technicians. Today my technician Benny asked and listened to any concerns, checked perimeter of the property, did a thorough check and removed all spiderwebs and sprayed the exterior. He was extremely friendly and efficient. Was also concerned for our pets, ensuring the gate was secured and reminded us to keep them inside for a time after the application outdoors. Even left extra ant traps for those pesky stragglers. Very happy with the service and with Benny as our service technician!

    Always friendly, efficient, and professional

    We have been using insight pest solutions for a year now and they have always been great. They have great customer service, knowledgeable, and are extremely efficient. Recently we had Alex do our regular three month service call, and he was amazing. He was very supportive and concerned for our dogs. He also made suggestions for better control of our bugs and pests. He was extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very caring.

    ants/spiders

    we signed for quartly applications, after the first application there were still signs of ants and spiders, we called for a reaplication and AAron came and did a very professional job, there have been no signs of ants or spiders. Aaron had no issues about the reapplication, I would recomend him to anyone

    wasp infested

    we had insight spray for wasps and ants, finally we are good no more waste or ants Momen did a great job, came once a month for the summer months

    Pest Control

    Omkar was very professional and thorough. I initially saw an increase in activity, but he had explained this, and hopefully, the wasps decide there is a better place to dwell than my soffetts.

    service

    Insight Pest Solutions is very reliable and professional. My Technician always listens to any of our concerns and address them each time they visit, Noticed a change since the treatments began this year with Insight. They even sprays the interior for crawling insects. Our representative Akshay have been excellent, knowledgeable and takes time to answer to all our questions and concerns. I will continue to use their services on a regular basis.

    When they are change the products .everything is bad

    I make complains with three weeks than they make following spray and still worse. I would like them ti back to the previous product of last years.

    Great service in Port Hope

    We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received with Rob at Insight Pest Solutions in Port Hope. He has provided excellent, friendly service with extra attention to our concerns for the past year.

    Poor customer service

    I have been an insight customer for 2.5 years and subscribed to their prevention plan with quarterly visits and spraying. When I inquired a few months back about decreasing the frequency, they convinced me to keep up the quarterly visits (>$200 per visit). It seemed to be working well, so I continued. More recently, we have developed pest issues only a few weeks after their last visit, including mice droppings and more indoor critters. Part of their business model is to guarantee their work in a timely fashion. When I reached out for a non-prevention/urgent visit given our critter issue, I was told they were fully booked for two weeks and would be unable to visit our house until then. This isnt really an acceptable business model and with all of the subscription/prevention fees, I expected much better service. It seems like more like a scheme to get revenue annually and then not service their guarantees in a reasonable manner. I would avoid business with this company. When I reached ou
