    Ant control

    No more ants in the kitchen every summer! The price is for 4 treatments/year, all done outside the house, by a competent, polite, knowledgeable person who knows his business very well. This costs more than an every-summer call to an pest-control company, and worth it. They do not need to enter the house at all!

    Service

    Service man was very courteous. Spent extra time performing work requested a d explaining the work that he did.

    Pest control

    Aaron from Innisfil is an excellent employee of Insight Pest Solutions. Very happy with the service provided.

    Shady sales techniques

    They showed up at the door steps. We are always skeptical of this tactic. Yet, we allowed the sales guy to go through his pitch, we were somehow convinced especially that they are a local company as well with a footprint in the Hamilton Burlington area. We signed for 4 services over a year. They came once inside the house. The other three times, it was a "service" from outside the house. They'd just leave a peace of paper at the door that they were here and send an email to "confirm" the service visit. When trying to cancel 6 months after, they said we have to finish the one year "contract", otherwise, we have to pay a cancellation penalty. Waited for the whole year, trying to cancel is a nightmare. Once they hear the word cancel, they put you on hold forever. Eventually with a lot of perseverance and wasted time, was able to speak to someone and they said the service is cancelled. I asked them to send a confirmation email, nothing. Very shady practices, looks like a small claim court is the way to go now if they continue to bother me. Stay clear

    Pest Control Service

    We are satisfied with the service with Osborn Hung, the technician of insight pest solution. He is friendly and helpful.

    Insight Pest Solutions - unprofessional and incompetent

    Beware - this company will charge you for services they claim were rendered but never were. Not to mention, when they do the treatment, their product DOES NOT WORK. I paid for a recurring service and have been extremely disappointed with them. Save your money and find another service.

    Reliable pest control

    Insight treats my house every 3 months and also comes back for follow-ups if I have a specific pest issue (mice, wasps, etc). Every technician I have dealt with is knowledgeable and professional and is familiar with my file, even if they have not been to my house before. Habibur came to my house recently and was attentive to my requests and was great to work with.

    Pest Contol

    Josh was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He is a good listener as well. After completing his tasks. he updated me on what actions he took and made it clear if I had any future concerns to not hesitate and contacting his company.

    Terrible Service - Do Not Recommend Insight Pest Canada!

    I had a very disappointing experience with Insight Pest Canada. Not only did they fail to eliminate the pests in my home, but they also provided horrible customer service. After several treatments, the pests kept coming back, and it was clear that their solutions were ineffective. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for services that did absolutely nothing. I was also shocked to find out that they never informed me about a cancellation fee until it was too latetotally unprofessional. I felt blindsided and taken advantage of. I wouldn't trust them with pest control again, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a more reliable and transparent service.
