    Good and Professional Service

    Had a problem with wasps in backyard specifically by our back patio. Insight came in and did the service on our home. We were impressed with the decrease in wasp activity near our patio. Our ants went away too which was great. Technician was very informative and friendly. Good service we will keep using them in the future.

    You entered a contract without knowing it

    I was contacted by sales person who knocked my door told me that he could offer me a discount for the pest service since all my neighbour got the service. He told me it was $180 for one time service and asked me to quickly sign the paper so that I could be registered for the next service. Later on, I was notified that actually I had signed a year contract with the company. Instead of one one-time fee, I am charged each quarter of $180 and there is a cancelation fee for the contract. I was not even aware that I signed a contract as I thought I just signed to register for the next service. That is the impression the salesperson gave me. I ended up paying more than $500 for two services which is an outrageous high price. I don't recommend this company as they are fooling customer into signing the contract without their acknowledgment

    Home pest control in and out

    Josh, the technician came this morning and did an outstanding job spraying ant hills everywhere outside. He sprayed for ants and spiders inside as well. He was very personable and demonstrated how much he liked his job. He came totally prepared having read all the previous reports done on our property. I was very impressed with his work.

    Home service

    Erin and Justin completed their total inspection for insects and rodents in a professional and respectful manner! It was a blessing to have them service our home!!

    Awful service.

    Booked through door to door. Got the first service. To be honest never noticed a difference at all. Ended up with a cancellation fee and a collection agency calling me to recoup all the funds. Would go with a more reputable company.

    Friendly techs, poor services

    We were extremely excited to finally have pest control in our extremely bug-ridden neighbourhood. Unfortunately, our experience hasnt been satisfactory. The techs are super friendly, but the services simply dont work. For our first service call, we were told a list of things would be done (pellet deterrents, spiderweb removal, weeping hole clean out, etc.) but all that we received was a yellow jacket trap in one tree and a spray on the porch for spiders and earwigs. The spray did not deter any spiders nor earwigs. We required a second service call due to a massive hornet nest near our community mailbox. The earliest appointment was 2 weeks from the date I called, but no one on our street could safely get their mail. I explained that to the booking agent, but they couldnt get a tech out sooner. Today, the tech came and sprayed the nest but did not remove it. I called customer service and they explained how the treatment works, which was great! But, they have no intention of removing the nest once it becomes inactive, leaving us to chance whether we can get rid of it ourselves without being stung. Secondly, we were told that with every call, they provide routine services, such as spraying for spiders/cleaning away spider webs. The tech wiped away one cobweb with his hand. We still have plethora of spiders in the same area where he wiped, no treatment was rendered. All in all, its just not worth the investment. We have other outdoor services this week (an arborist) that cannot cut the tree because of the nest still being present. I cant walk out of my front door without being inundated by multiple species of spiders. Our earwig problem is still as prevalent as ever, as are the bald faced hornets. I will have to treat my home myself, as their services arent anywhere near what we were told upon signing. As friendly as the customer service team and techs are, it unfortunately doesnt make up for the low-quality services.

    Pest control service

    We had Stuart here to begin treatments for bugs and pests. Very professional and informative. Gave us good info on what to watch for and cautioned us about our pets. Fast and efficient work Very happy with his services. Will ask for him to continue our treatments

    Never deal with them

    Do you not deal with this company? They will not provide a contract and the service does not work to keep any type of pests. They will send it with collections and will be awful to deal with. They will charge you a cancellation fee when they dont provide a contract see what the cancellation fees are. Run do not use them run very fast.
