    Siding soffit gutters by done

    Simon is concerned with the quality of his work, doing the best thing, not the easiest and most convenient thing; He is also ready to answer inquiries and solve problems. There are always problems with projects like this, and we've had some problems, but they've all been solved. He did what he promised in every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend YS Roofing to anyone, they do a fantastic job.

    Repaired Hanging Gutter

    The gutter on the roof came loose and was hanging dangerously. This was a tough job to fix because the house is three stories high. I found Ys Roofing Inc through the Better Business Bureau as they were rated good. They quickly and professionally completed the job and I'm very satisfied with their work.

    Install roof

    This is a roofing company I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. The quote was fair and itemized for maximum transparency. Roofers were diligent and professional. Even with a minimal delay due to weather; I wasn't worried because Simon communication was fantastic and I always knew what to expect next. I had updates and pictures of the work that was done each day. This is the only time I have EVER worked with a contractor who actually did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. If I could hire them to do all my home projects/repairs, I would!

    Roof & gutter

    Simply outstanding. I wish I knew about YS roofing years ago. Top notch outfit. Top quality. Top service. I had Simon do a roofing project for me including new eavestroph and I am beyond thrilled. Won't go anywhere else for my roofing needs.

    Eavestrough Replacement

    Ys Roofing Inc and Simon did a great job on replacing our eavestroughs and installing leaf guards. His workmanship was excellent and he did what he said he was going to do. I definitely appreciated his honest feedback and constant communication in scoping the job and scheduling the installation. Thank you Ys Roofing Inc.

    roof replacement

    Simon team at YS roofing was awesome for my roof replacement. From talking to the roofer lead about our needs we were immediately given several options at different price points for our consideration. You could tell that they are knowledgeable in their trade. They were also responsive and transparent in their business practice that made me feel assured that the job was going to be done well and it did! Highly recommended!

    Roof Changed

    Everyone was super-nice and worked very hard to keep us happy. Simon came in to give us a quote within a few hours of calling him. He talked us through the whole process. Ming was the Project Manager and he worked hard at getting the whole team together as we needed some comprehensive work done quite quickly. The whole job was completed over one day and everything looks great! Thank you very much guys!!!

    Roof Repair

    Simon was wonderful to work with! I had a roof leak due to Shingles gone missing and my cielings were leaking water to hardwood. Simon was very responsive and came right away and fixed the issue, even in this February rainy cold weather. I appreciate it and our family will be using his services in future!!

    Roof and eavestough replaced

    YS Roofing was a true 5 star company to deal with from the original roofing quote to the payment in full for their services. Simon were most helpful in selecting the right shingles for our house. Their team did an excellent, safe, efficient job including cleanup. Thank you Ys Roofing for a job well done!
