    fantastic job

Had my roof completely re-done a week back by Simon and his crew. Simon is an extremely personable guy who cares about the quality of work his crew delivers. The crew always showed up on time and did the job right the first time. Would 100% recommend YS Roofing for any job you may have, small or big. Thanks again to Simon and the crew for the A+ service and end product.

    Excellent Job

I would highly recommend Y&S roofing for any siding needs. From the time meeting Simon to quote on the job, to the final inspection, It was a pleasure. I redid the soffit , fascia, windows caps , downspouts, gutters and siding on my turn of the century 4 story Victorian. The quote was competitive and accurate. The work was high quality and completed on time , (despite extremely challenging winter conditions) Site was kept clean. The crew was hard working and very diligent. Simon checked each day over the 5 days, to make sure I was happy with the work. I'm extremely happy with the end result I will be using them for all my siding work going forward. Thank you for your hard work and excellent job

    Roof Repair

Simons company YS Roofing repaired my entire roof and I am entirely pleased. Simon is the consummate professional he arrives on time and was very transparent and reasonable with his estimate. The workmen completed my roof within a couple of hours and at every step of the way they sent me pictures and updates. Simon was in constant communication and was always willing to provide explanations when I needed them. I am very impressed by the work that was done based on the before and after pictures that was sent. They took away all they garbage and left my property as they saw it.

    New Roof shingle installation

I built a garage in my backyard and hired the YS roofing team to waterproof me. However, due to delays in carpentry, snow began to fall on the second day of completion. I was worried about the wood being damaged by rain and snow, so I called Simon and wanted it done quickly. When I asked him, he checked the weather and promised to help me finish the roof the next day. Sure enough, it snowed heavily that day, but they didn't complain at all and finished laying the roof for me very seriously. I appreciate it. You're the best. Thank you YS roofing team.

    Re & Re roof

Very satisfied with YS roofing service. We use them for the 2nd house and they are great from start to end. Very professional. All was explained prior to contract signing and after the job was done Simon spent time to register warranties, provide a warranty certificate for workmanship and even video of the roof after it was completed. Will certainly work with them again in the future if ever needed and will recommend them to others.
