    New Roof (Shingles)

Simon was very professional, giving us all the information we needed, even making an extra trip to our place so we could see what a new style of roof vent looked like. The crew, led by Ming, did a great job. When they found a problem with a beam caused by a previous company's addition of a bathroom vent through the roof, they added support to the beam at no extra charge. Simon was great to work with and the job done was excellent!

New shingles and repairs to large house and barn

Simon and his crew did this large job quite quickly. It has been easy and pleasant to deal with Simon. As far as I can tell, the job has been done well (I'm no expert).

    Install Asphalt Shingle Roofing

Simon, Ming and the team at Ys Roofing are awesome! Great price and used good quality shingles. Underlayment across the whole roof included and added drip edge for a reasonable price. Stayed late to finish the job in one day and did a great job cleaning up. Thanks so much!
