The eavestrough installation was flawless. Ys Roofing Inc was professional, timely, and ensured that everything was done to a high standard. Our home looks great, and were confident its well-protected now. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with YS Roofing in July/August 2024, in the east end of Toronto near the Woodbine and Danforth area. Simon and his team spent time with us and our neighbours on the adjoining side of our semi-detached home to plan and complete plenty of work. Our project involved both a flat roof and a shingled roof, along with the installation of new eavestroughs with leaf guard covers, downspouts, and vinyl siding, giving our homes a complete new shared look with small differences on each side. We received a detailed quote that included contingency pricing for any additional work that might be necessary once the roof was uncovered. The team worked efficiently, kept us updated on any changesespecially when the weather affected the scheduleand ensured our property was cleaned up each day, and free of debris. The work was completed exactly as planned, with no surprises, thanks to Simon's excellent communication from start to finish.

The work performed by this team was excellent. Simon and Ming were great to work with. They showed up on time and finished early leaving behind a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend for future work.

Ys Roofing Inc was very happy with the patch job that I needed to get done on my roof. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, was priced appropriately and the job was done very professionally. Will definitely come back in a few years when I need to get my full roof re-done.

I called Ys Roofing Inc and they came out right away. They inspected the roof, and I got a quote right away. The work was done quickly. No hidden costs that I was not expecting. Very thorough inspection of the roof and made sure it met my needs before any work proceeded. Very happy with them.

Ys Roofing Inc provided exceptional service, a great price and high quality work. Simon was the rep; he always answered my questions right away and was very helpful in explaining all the details of the installation of skylights and replacement of the roof. Very professional and always willing to go above and beyond. Extremely happy with all the work that was done and the service that was provided. If there is any company where you need any roof work done, this is the company to go with! They were awesome!

I had a great experience with Ys Roofing Inc . Simon was very knowledgeable. He educated us on all the material they would be installing and showed us samples of all of it. Simon checked out ventilation to see if we had adequate intake and exhaust venting on our roof. Some of the other contractors we met with did not show us which material they would be using or educating us about how different components of the roof work and how important ventilation is. We are really happy we went with Ys Roofing Inc.

Simon & the team at Ys Roofing Inc were great from start to finish; detailed quote and options, kept us informed on the schedule and professional installation. Simon to have our new roof and proper venting installed. The team was careful with our property and landscaping and thorough with the clean up. Thank you!
