I recently hired HR Plumbing to repair my kitchen faucet and re-install the undermount sink. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Harold arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very professional throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the faucet and efficiently repaired it, ensuring there were no leaks and that it functioned perfectly. The re-installation of the undermount sink was done with great precision and care. What impressed me the most was Harold's attention to detail and commitment to quality. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions patiently. The work area was left clean and tidy. He also answered my questions. A very pleasant person to come and work in your home. We chatted first on the homestars app, and he was able to offer me a great quote and even picked up the faucet I wanted. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Harold was great. Another plumber had used a snake but the clog showed up again shortly after a few hours. Hired Harold the next day as I needed my kitchen sink issue resolved asap and Harold ran the snake several times and also repositioned the arm going into the wall. Turned out to be pieces of a rag which was the reason for the clot. We ran the dishwasher, and drained the sinks three times along with the dishwasher simultaneously. Seems to be good so far! Definitely will contact him for future services. Thanks!
