Not so great experience with HR like I expected after reading all the reviews. Job in our powder room consisted of repairing a floor under toilet flange, installing a new offset toilet flange, new skirted toilet, relocating a water tap delivering water to toilet tank to make it more accessible and installing Toto bidet seat on a new toilet. Floor repair, installing a flange and a toilet went very well and were done correctly, however instead of relocating the tap to the side they simply shortened the pipe closer to the wall and installed a new tap still very much covered by the toilet. Also they could not install our Toto seat claiming it was faulty and leaking. A day after they finished we decided we are not happy with a location of the tap and call them requesting to move it to the side, but they stopped answering. We have to hire another plumber, spent extra for it and I installed a Toto seat myself today. Everything fits, nothing leaks.Answer from pro:
Sir your toto bidet was not compatible with the current no name toilet you purchased from Amazon, unfortunately we will not be installing it due to liabilities issues, when the job was first started you did not mention the bidet was a different Make and model from your toilet. Shut off valve had to he shorten for your toilet to fit. Please keep in mind none of the tiles you bought matched the existing toilet.
