Not so great experience with HR like I expected after reading all the reviews. Job in our powder room consisted of repairing a floor under toilet flange, installing a new offset toilet flange, new skirted toilet, relocating a water tap delivering water to toilet tank to make it more accessible and installing Toto bidet seat on a new toilet. Floor repair, installing a flange and a toilet went very well and were done correctly, however instead of relocating the tap to the side they simply shortened the pipe closer to the wall and installed a new tap still very much covered by the toilet. Also they could not install our Toto seat claiming it was faulty and leaking. A day after they finished we decided we are not happy with a location of the tap and call them requesting to move it to the side, but they stopped answering. We have to hire another plumber, spent extra for it and I installed a Toto seat myself today. Everything fits, nothing leaks.

Harolds was a very honest open person. He was very efficient in assessing the issues and completing the work. His knowledge also assist in uncovering some additional area of potential concerns based on his years in the construction and plumbing trade. Harolds price was extremely reasonable and is a very plesant gentleman. He respected my house and ensured any work or debris was kept to a minimum and returned the work area cleaner then the back original condition He was on time and ensured he had all the tools required for the job discussed.
