    Very professional, excellent work, and affordable

    We needed to waterproof the north basement wall of our old Toronto home. They came in promptly to assess and provide a quote, gave us several options, and answered all our questions. They were able to come in 2 weeks later, and it only took a couple of days for them to finish everything. They are clearly experienced professionals, and knew exactly what they were doing, They answered all of my questions as they went along, and we are very happy with the work done. They worked hand-in-hand with our plumber to get everything done as fast and efficiently as possible. Best of all the price was excellent. They also walked us through everything we needed to get all of the City of Toronto rebates and programs we were entitled to with this work, which also saved us some money. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, they are a great company to work with.

    Fantastic job - waterproofing our basement from the inside

    Mud Monkeys was professional, efficient, courteous and well priced. The team at Mud Monkeys were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated how professional they were. They delivered on their promise, were friendly, worked quickly and very respectful and tidy when it came to working in our basement. I recommend them.

    Waterproofing

    MudMonkeys repaired a crack in the foundation and waterproofed the area. The team was efficient, thorough and cleaned the area well upon completion. The 20 warranty is much appreciated. No more leaking! Thanks!

    Waterproofing with MudMonkeys

    The Mud Monkeys did an outstanding job waterproofing our home. The team was punctual, reliable, professional, thorough, efficient and clean. Our neighbour remarked that she was incredibly impressed by all of these qualities and would certainly hire them if she ever needed waterproofing on her side of the shared driveway.

    Could not recommend Mud Monkeys highly enough

    Mud Monkeys were transparent, communicative and kind, and did an excellent job (of what was truly hard work), in a timely fashion, for a fair price. Mud Monkeys came recommended to us given their work in wonky old east side houses. We were looking to dig down 4' or so, underpin and waterproof inside. Mud Monkeys quoted a fair price, and were transparent and forthcoming with details about considerations and potential challenges, so we could make informed choices when we needed to. The team onsite was professional, friendly and respectful and if I had a question about something, they responded fairly and quickly every time. They were also fun, funny and seemed to work really well together. I think that's a really big deal, as I think it speaks to the great leadership of their onsite crew lead, and the senior leadership of the company. Darby the owner is honest, kind and ethical (and utterly delightful) and I believe that's how he runs his company. Having never heard of Mud Monkeys just a few months ago, I am absolutely joining their fan club. A million out of ten stars from me.

    Basement Internal and external water proofing

    Highly recommended! I had a basement that had a serious water problem. Darby came out and gave me a very fair quote and explained exactly how, when and what they are going to do. Darby and his crew did an amazing job so after they finished I also asked to waterproof the basement at my rental property. The project was completed last summer so I waited 9 months to write this review. After the fall and the long winter with snow and rain not even a single drop of water leaked in my basements. Great job Darby!

    Basement Waterproofing

    The team was able to come assess our issue and even start work on an urgent basis. They were professional, prompt in all communications and did everything they could to work with our schedule and context. Also came immediately to assess and address an additional issue. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will absolutely go to Mud Monkeys first for any future issues.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Great experience from start to finish. Relaxed meeting where they took the time to explain all of our options, followed by a reasonable quote and quick follow-up to schedule us in. We had concerns about doing interior work during the Omicron outbreak and they were happy to postpone. When they did come, the team was exceptional - friendly, clean, and organized. The owner Darby was attentive to any questions. Recommended highly.

    Ten years ago. Dry as a bone.

    Perimeter of the entire house waterproofed. New weeping tiles. Darby worked with an excellent exterminator to treat the house for termites. Work done exactly on time on budget. Plus the gang was the happiest you could imagine. Neat and clean, too.

They love our waterproofing system of the parging, tar and plastic as the insects (especially termites) won't go through it. Your warrantee is still good for another 10 years but trust you'll still be dry for many years after that! Take care.

    Water leak trouble shooting

    When listing a property for sale we knew we had to deal with water issues in the basement, we got a Darby to come out right away. He trouble was able to shoot a job that was poorly done by a previous company and the completion of the work was part of the sale and security to new buyers. Giving me a happy seller and happy new owners! Great communication, clear quotes and timelines were met!
