After 3 other quotes, decided to go with Jason and his team- although they were not the cheapest, they were the most professional and made a personal connection from the start. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently and actually looked like they enjoy what they do. Then, they clean every speck up as though they had never been here. Definitely worth the little extra.

After receiving almost 10 quotes for my roof replacement I decided to hire Bill and his team to do the job. Our house is a 3 story Victorian typical to most of Toronto. The roof is very steep, with multiple peaks and surfaces. In addition to the main roof we also had a porch roof to replaced and a shed that required flat roofing. As an added complication our roof had two layers of asphalt shingles in addition to the original slate roofing underneath. The job took 4 days to complete. A crew of 10 people worked on the for the first two days to ensure that all the stone is properly removed and disposed off. New roof is great. We selected shingles to match the style of the house and eaves to tie in with new fascia. I could not be happier with the quality of the work. The crew was extremely clean. They left our property cleaner than it was after the long winter. The foreman- Steve was very informative. Any questions we had were answered and he paid great attention to details. In addition to the roof we also asked to have a skylight replaced. The new window was installed without a delay and with great care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to replace their roof. Thank you Canadian Roofing!

We have a 90 year old house and after having the top cap blow off in a wind storm, we decided to get a new roof done right. After having six roofing companies come by, and finally realizing that this would be an expensive process, we decided to go with Jason. He was very honest about what he thought was the best way to go. I really got the impression that he knew exactly what he was talking about and wasn't just a salesman. He explained his quote thoroughly and there were no hidden costs. They didn't know how many layers of roofing were up there and he said they would remove everything as opposed to some companies who would remove 2 or 3 and then charge more if they found more. On top of this, Jason said they would replace some rotten decking boards if they found any at no additional cost. The crew showed up and worked hard and got the job done in two days. I was gutting my basement at the time and they removed two truck loads of debris. They loaded the truck and even had a couple of the guys come into the basement and sweep it out for me. INCREDIBLE!! Thanks guys!

I had contacted Jason last winter when I noticed some leaking from my flat roof. He gave me a quote which was reasonable, but I decided to get a patch job done at the time from another roofer to save a few bucks. That apparently didn't do the trick so I contacted 5 roofers to replace the roof once and for all. I was concerned about insulating the roof while it was being exposed anyway, and Jason was the only one to even talk about alternatives to standard sheets of insulation. He referred me to an insulation specialist (Call-Rich Eco Services) who I also contracted to install cellulose insulation. Jason and Call-Rich co-ordinated the work while I was on vacation in Cuba and got the job done on time. What impressed me most was the insulation recommendation. By my calculations the extra money spent for the insulation will be well worth it and with the gov't credits, I'll make a lot of it back. Jason was very informative and walked us through the project step by step and didn't push to get it in the production schedule like some of the other roofers. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Jason and his team were efficient with their time and got the job done quickly and professionally. The clean up was especially important to us as we have a 4yr old daughter at home. I've yet to find a roofing nail on my lawn or anywhere around my property. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Canadian Roofing. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service. The Company was willing to complete the work even though it wasn't a big job. Staff on site and in office were professional, quick to respond to my requests, and completed the the job on my schedule

When we first moved into our house Jason was able to explain all of the work that needed to be done in a way that my wife and I could easily understand. He told us that the older portion of our house needed to be done but our addition would be OK for another 1-2 years. His crew came in when they said they would, did the work quickly and left no mess for me to clean up. I was really impressed. Sure enough just about 2 years later the rest of our roof had to be done. We were happy to call Canadian Roofing Company back for a second time.

Roof was in very rough shape - 3-4 layers (!) of shingles had been patched on over the years and not surprisingly there was a lot of rotten wood when they got to the bottom. Jason gave us a clear and detailed diagnoses of the problems, got the job done in good time despite some fickle winter weather, and the final bill matched his estimate. We expect we will use them again on other work on the house and would recommend without reservation.

We have had numerous problems with our roof, largely resulting from squirrels/racoons ... Cdn Roofing Co was recommended to us ... we've used them many times to fix our many problems ... their response time is excellent, as is the quality of their works ... no hesitation in recommending them.

Removal of all layers of shingles and flat roofing material down to roofing deck. New shingles and flat roof with protecto board heat resistant paper / sheathing / etc etc. Vally repair. All was accomplished in an orderly and timely manner. Would recommend Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. any day!!!
