    It was recommended by my relative. The tech person came to our house on time and the monthly fee was cheapest among all competitors. They called us for a follow-up to see if everything is fine.

    Alarm company TMC

    A friend recommended us to TMC and we are very happy. The service tech was on time, professional and very detailed. They have a great prices and we were eligible the senior discount. That is important to us as we live on a retired fixed income. We appreciate the great service and helpful staff.

    Small Office and WH

    Great customer experience, rather than telling me what to get they listened to what we had and made a recommendation that worked best for me. It was easy to move communicating from phone to email. Install was easy.

    Monitoring centre

    Overall had the best experience from the monitoring centre . There was a gentleman in training and he was being assisted by his Forman who both had the knowledge and experience to keep my business up to date . They did the work in a timely and professional manner . I would recommend the monitoring centre to everyone as they also have the best rates in the market .

    Alarm monitoring

    This alarm company was recommended by my sister. I couldn't be happier. The service technician was great and when speaking with the monitoring centre they are always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend this service.

    New Installation

    The Monitoring Centre Technician arrived on time and completed the installation. He also explained the system and was open to any questions. Customer service over the phone was also great.I would recommend The Monitoring Centre to friends and family.

    follow up to set up and care even after set up

    we choose the right alarm company like aThe monitoring Center due to the speed follow up with the low cost of installation and reasonable price with monthely payment etc. someone will asked the alarm ? we will be Highly recommend the Monitoring Center.

    Installing Alarm System

    Excellent service was provided by the monitoring center. The service they provided was excellent. They arrived on time and took time to explain everything. I would highly recommend them to others.
