    Alarm Services

    The customer service was excellent from the sales person to the installer. The sales person was very knowledgeable with the products that they offer and was able to build to package to suit my business needs. The installer was also very professional and was able to answer all my questions. OHH and did I forget to mention the PRICE!! cant be beat... Great job

    The Monitoring Center Review

    We used the monitoring center company for our security system. We like that we can use the phone to control our monitoring system and we can know if someone is opening the door. We really liked the gentlemen that came to install and activate the system. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and he spent time teaching us how to operate our system. We are very please with the system and the company.

    Alarm Monitoring Service

    The $184 included the 18 month service and activation fee. Very professional and prompt service. Would definitely recommend to my friends. We will save over $800 a year. Previously using ADT.

    Continuing exceptional customer service

    I have looked for a link to do a testimonial, so here I am I have been a happy, loyal, TMC customer for the past 16 years. Yes time does fly by, but the superb customer service I have received since day 1 has never changed since that first day! Any issues, or concerns have always been dealt with in a professional, personalised manner that makes me smile and happy! Service is relatively inexpensive in comparison to the competition, But there services and interaction with the staff i have had has always far exceeded a dollar figure. Times of changed, and TMC has moved along with them, But there stance on customer service has always been stellar, and I am sure it well remain. Many thanks to there technical specialists Brian and David, both gents are exceptionally informative in there products and security products in general! They are a breath of fresh air, no power sales push. Opinionated and professional in there fields. THANK YOU FOLKS, AND TMC for keeping these pros on your team! Customer service staff are always pleasant to talk to in occasionally trying circumstances. 1st class monitoring organisation at very reasonable cost!!     Service

    Charged me for service that they couldn’t resolve(from there 30 year experienced technicians and tech team) .Me as a construction worker took 2 days off work to let them in. Let’s start off by me a dumb homeowner offering a little advice to the technician about zones, well I was right he forgot to check my zones, bottom line I found out the problem, specifically told the second technician what to do and since then the house has been good. Pretty sad on there part that they don’t want to refund the money from the unsuccessful technicians

    New service

    We are just starting service with the Monitoring Centre in March. So far the service has been exemplary and we are expecting similar excellent service as we go along. Chris, our receptionist was very thorough and professional.

    Install new alarm system for monitoring

    I was looking for a new monitoring company, as my existing one was way too expensive. I called about 8 companies advertising on the website. What a mixture of answers from those who did get back to me. One wanted to charge me more than I was paying at the time. The salesman at another outright misled me to convince me I had to buy new smoke detectors (the Ontario Govt told me that I did not need to and he was not truthful to me about the requirements!). One told me that I would not only have to replace my panel, but also all of the 14 different sensors the system was monitoring. And on and on. Then I called The Monitoring Centre. What a difference! Friendly, knowledgeable and no nonsense. They confirmed that I would have to replace my control unit, but everything else would still work with it. I confirmed that the price they quoted me for a new panel and cell module was ok - nobody else that I called or even Amazon on line had prices as low as TMC. And on top of the 6 months free monitoring that they gave me as a new client, they even gave me 25% off the low installation cost and lifetime no rate increases as I am a senior - how can you beat that! The technician who installed it was extremely thorough, tested everything and showed me how to test everything myself if I wanted to. Found out later that TMC had programmed my system to run a test to TMC every month, so I didn't have to worry about that at all! And to top it off when I paid for 18 months up front (I didn't have to do that) they gave me another good discount. End result - a really happy customer and I am paying $18/month for full wireless monitoring where I was paying $47/month before for the same service. Thanks TMC - you guys are absolutely the best monitoring company around!

    Great customer service

    I was hesitant dealing with TMC when I first heard about them. After some online research, I called to find out more about them. Canadian company with offices in Oakville, ON not outsourced to offshore companies. TMC offers both cellular or standard telephone monitoring. Monitoring fees are realistic & affordable! Fully qualified technician comes on site to validate and verify each and every sensor connected to alarm by triggering them in test mode. TMC team easy to deal with...like old friends. Text book example of GREAT customer service and what other company's dream about.

    So Far, So Good! :)

    From the start until installation, TMC has been great. The sales department was knowledgeable and helpful to provide pricing and answer any questions we have. They did not pressure us to complete the sale, just offered valuable information that helped up make the decision. Once we decided to go with TMC, we contacted them to let them know, and were scheduled for an installation appointment within 1 business day. The sales and scheduling department were friendly and efficient at making sure all the proper information and documentation was done for the installation appointment. The only issue we had was that the technician was late for his appointment and we had to call the scheduling department to find the status of the technician. He let us know that the technician was running late but will still be able to complete the install at both of our properties on the date scheduled. Once the technician arrived, he was knowledgeable and installed the system with no problems.

    Left me without alarm for 2 weeks

    Very rude. They came to add additional alarm and the tech left and my original alarm is down. Called and they told me to read the fine print.... No liabilities on them and the tech will come back in 2 weeks to finish the job. Unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. Don't recommend them.
