    Alarm system installation

    Tech came out promptly to give me an estimate to improve our alarm system. In fact we decided to buy a new one. We are pleased with our new system. Quality customer service and efficiency, they know what they are doing!!!

    PROPER INSTLLATION WITH DETAILED INFORMATION

    We were shopping around to get new security system for our house and we were confused who to select as we had bad experience before but after reading their reviews and website we decided to go with them they really performed professional installation with complete detailed information which we never had it before it really good to have business with those who are qualified and at least keep good behavior technician we really like TMC services and on-time response thank you so much.

    buyer beware

    just got a call from the monitoring center to tell me the battery in the panel was low. i was then transferred to someone who said their name was mariam. i found her to be extremely unhelpful, rude and unpleasant. i presumed they would set up an appointment to change the battery but no, this was not to be. she told me i can google where to get a new battery. when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor and there was no one there higher up at the time that i could speak with. full service 24 / 7 ? how do they figure that? + attitude to boot ! in the past i have had 2 motion sensors from them fail ( according to the installer ) unusually soon. buyer beware ! my opinion.

    Great Service at a Great Price

    We recently Switced to TMC should have done long time ago. Technician name Ron was very professional and very effective in everything with out problem.We did a lot of research on Alabama companies, we thought TMC is the best. We are very happy customer of TMC We will recommend to our friends Kanta Mistry

    Great to deal with and great value

    The cheapest monitoring you will find. Great customer service. The tech that came to our home knew everything and explained. I would highly recommend monitoring centre to every home and business.

    Home security

    TMC responded promptly to my service request. Technicians were professional and completed the job quickly. As well they were knowledgeable able to provide all information regarding use of the system.

    Excellent home monitoring service

    Service is satisfactory, good installation and pleased with the system. overall a good subscription. From my first inquiry right up to the appointment all went seamless. We recommend this product.

    Great service at a great price!

    My mother recently switched to TMC ...not sure why we waited so long? The service and people are very knowledgeable and their pricing model is best in class. It's early in the relationship but I'm looking forward to a lasting relationship and yes I would recommend them to friends and family.

    Excellent home monitoring service

    The most economical and efficient service available for home monitoring. I prefer to correspond thru email, the correspondence was seamless and the technician who came to install was very knowledgeable and a thorough professional.

    Excellent service

    The service is excellent. Consistent with everything else provided by other companies, but at a fraction of the cost. The technician was very professional and very effective in installing everything without problem. Ours was a new house installation. No problems at all and get it done in about 2 hours. Already referred to many of my friends.
