    Reliable, Honest and Affordable

    I have used TMC twice. I used them both in my last home and now in my current home. The staff is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The monthly rate cannot be beat! I trust them with our safety. I would highly recommend them.

    Affordable, Reliable and Excellent Service

    Highly recommend TMC.We are very happy with the service and the professionalism. We have the new service without a phone line and it is fantastic. No troubles and the best part we can arm through our cell phones as well. Great service!

    Great price, great service

    After Rogers more than doubled the price in my monitoring service fees after 6 months, they refused to offer any deals. Started to look around, and found the people at the Monitoring Centre to be professional and friendly. Also found their price to be amazing. 9.99 is for 3 yrs, and will saty that price reaching age 65. No worries - it only goes up to 12.99 if not yet a senior - still moe than 75% less than competition.

    Great Company & Great Service

    My wife and I are very pleased with the Monitoring Centre. We had been with someone else for years and paying way to much. Their sales reps were very clear and their techs that came and did the change over were amazing. I would encourage anyone who is still paying for monitoring, to switch over to The Monitoring Centre now!

    Great sales, easy installation

    Easy to get a quote, easy to get a service appointment. Installation was quick. some challenges were experienced in the installation regarding missing signs and decalls but was rectified by service quickly.

    Great service

    Excellent setup and service. The whole process went very smoothly and monitoring rates are one of the best available. The technician was on-time, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

    Used to be 5* then got notice that they are raising rates by 30%

    Been with Monitoring Center for almost 8 years. I've been extremely happy with them until they sent me a letter telling me that they are increasing my rate by $3. So they offer 6 months free to new customers but increase the charge of loyal customers? Not good business if you ask me...

    Good Price

    Had been with ADT for three years. Like Ken, I also changed over from ADT and have exactly the same experience. They wanted 32$ a month to renew. I called monitoring centre they did it for 9.99 a month with six months free. The customer service lady at ADT told me the set up had installation codes that they have and would not give it to me, just a ploy to stop me from leaving them. The monitoring centre had me converted in an hour no problem, saving money. Thank you TMS. Gurmeet Haar

    Changed over from adt
