    Great customer satisfaction

    Heard about Monitoring center from a friend and called them , it was great to talk to them and the technician was expert in their field. It was great in cost wise also.

    Alarm monitoring company

    We recently switched from another provider to The Monitoring Centre. We were referred by a relative who had good things to say about them. I found their offer to extremely competitive from a cost and service perspective. We have been happy with their service so far and would definitely recommend them to others.

    Great Service at a great price

    I am very pleased with the reasonable cost, prompt service and the technician completed the install quickly! The c/s rep was so friendly and she set me up immediately. very happy and great experience!

    As good as it gets

    Very professional on the install. Easy switch over from another provider. The best rate we found for monitoring an existing system. We highly recommend. This is our second installation with TMC.

    Alarm monitoring service

    I just switched over from a local monitoring service to The Monitoring Center, the cost is reasonable and the switch over process is very efficient. I would recommend this service to my friends.

    Home Alarm monitoring

    We had monitoring center installed and have been using it for the past few years.. We are very happy with service provided .. they are prompt and responsive when ever a alarm is triggered inadvertently which gives us a re assurance of safety if at all a real need arises.. Also at the price they are are offering it is really a deal!!

    Alarm System

    Overall - very pleased with the product and level of service. Have been with the company for 2 years now and don't see any reason at all to change. Love the service and the people! The service is affordable and meets my needs. Would recommend to friends.

    Security system

    Professional service and prompt installation. The technical arrived on time and explained the process and system well, Pricing of the installation and service is good. I suspect over years service will also be good.

    conversion of existing system

    Technician arrived right on time, and wasted no time clearing the old codes, and setting our preferences and codes. He explained the operation of the system, after verifying it was all working correctly. Very efficient and professional. Can't beat the monitoring costs!!

    Home Security

    We are happy to have switched over to TMC. They are a reasonably priced for the same security services that other companies offer. The transition was smooth and the customer service was good.
