    The monitoring fee this really reasonable compared to the others one out there the service is exactly the same Heidi were committed no issue

    use them before price is very good pay anualy same service as the other guy .I own the system tmc come in program everything show how to use the system.

    Home Alarm System

    Very good customer service, all question answered. Definitely feel more safe and have piece of mind with this home alarm system. Many options to choose from. TMC is much more affordable then other companies and the service is just as good if not better.

    Alarm Monitoring

    Switched to The Monitoring Center after 20+ years with ADT. Excellent service from initial phone call to reprogramming of alarm. System switch-over was seamless and well explained. I highly recommend TMC for monitoring services. Plus, saving nearly $20.00 per month on monitoring costs makes me a very happy customer!

    Service

    I would highly recommend The Monitoring Center. They installed an alarm in my condo recently. The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. No one can beat their price or their service!

    TMC great

    Great service, great price. The service tech was very knowledgable and provided me with alot of information was professional and came promptly. I am happy with my new alarm service through TMC A+

    Thank you!

    after paying $500 yearly for 22 years, my current provider had nothing more to offer me than TMC. TMC was helpful and able to have me set up within the week!

    Professional installation & accurate service

    We hired The Monitoring Center to install our alarm system after we heard an ad on the 1130 am radio. The technician (Adam) arrived on time and provided a professional installation. He installed the specified order items, plus a few items we ordered extra. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He placed the sensors so the pet movement will not affect it. After few days I got also a quality assurance phone call from TMC, and I appreciate they follow-up on the work done. So far the system work great and we look forward for a long collaboration.

    alarm installation

    The Monitoring Center provides very good installation service. The technician is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. At the beginning he explains how much you will be charged. After the installation he also explains how the equipment works. They also called for a follow-up to make sure things are working properly. Highly recommend this alarm company.

    Alarm system installed with proper care

    Salesman a bit keen. Did not explain all the system T.M.C has but the installer (Greg) was great. he explained more about the system. He was quite helpful and took the time to install everything properly and show me the basics of how it works.

    New GSM Device and Monthly Monitoring Service

    I researched a number of security companies prior to selecting TMC. They were the most competitive and quickest to respond to my online inquiries. Mirella got back to me by email within 24 hours over a long weekend and I had a technician at my home installing the new system that Monday. I'm very happy with TMC and would recommend them to my friends and family.
