    Tmc alarm

    Amazing service. Employees answered every question. Work was done at my house very quick and professionally. Would highly reccomend them to family and friends. Highly skilled and knowledgable. Amazing job!

    Great service at the best price

    Just got set up with new security company The Monitoring Center. Price 9.99/mth they have very friendly service and the best price on the market. They are a breath of fresh air finally a security company that has it all at affordable price.

    Accounting

    The increase to a monthly charge of $12.99 for basic monitoring after 3 years, as a customer, is not clearly stated on the website under pricing of plans (try to find it). Also, the need to pay the full amount yearly, in advance, which is then non-refundable (only transferable-you lose the $$ if you cannot transfer to a new location) is not clearly stated on the website. Pleased with the service=just be aware of these items.

    Home monitoring

    We have been customers of the Monitoring Center for the past few years and would highly recommend them for your home monitoring/security needs. They are efficient, reliable and incredibly personable not to mention reasonable priced.

    Alarm install

    I just had my system set up and was pleasantly surprised!! The technician arrive early, explained what he would be doing, completed it in half the time, did a demo and asked if I had any questions. Well done!

    Home Alarm System

    We had a major Alarm company before switching to TMC paid $35.00/month. I decided it was just too much money, so I asked around and a friend recommended TMC. I could not be happier. Our alarm works like a charm, we are now in our 4th year with TMC rates have never gone up. I have saved $1392.00 in the past four years. We just had a flood in our business and our alarm system is damaged. I'm going to call TMC to see what they can offer. I couldn't be happier with the service.

    IP phone switch with The Monitoring Center

    We have recently switched from land line to VOIP phone, and there were some connection issues with the alarm system. The customer service we received from tech support- Mark, was outstanding. He was very patient in guiding us through a step by step over the phone testing of all the monitoring sites in our house, and it took him several hours in a span of 2 days. We are very happy with all the work he has done for us, and would highly recommend The Monitoring Center to our friends in the future. - Sally

    Monitoring

    The technician answered all of my questions professionally. They came on time. It is very important. They called after 24 hours to be sure we are satisfied. Rate is reasonable in compare with other companies.

    Home Security

    After recently moving into our new home and seeing the "Home Monitoring" stickers in the windows, we decided to give them a call. From their call center, to their technicians, to their follow up call personnel, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Our initial phone call answered the questions we had, so we went and booked the technician's visit. He arrived on time, was polite and extremely helpful. He tested the system and gave us instructions on how to use it. We were "live" in no time! I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family. A+

    Home alarm

    Our alarm went off twice in a week - they didn't bother to call and follow up. We called to complain - they were rude and unprofessional. Absolutely horrible services!!
