    Good service

    I changed to Acanac and had to upgrade to a cellular system for my alarm monitoring. TMC had the best price and turned out to be a good choice. You have to pay for 1 year upfront. Good service and knew what they were doing.

    TMC

    Very good experience with the monitoring centre so far. The app for your phone is convenient and the setup/equipment is very reasonably priced. Would recommend to others for sure. Definitely look into them.

    I just switched to The Monitoring Center

    I was first recommended to TMC by a very good friend of mine. He has been a client for numerous years and was / very pleased with the service. I found all contact with communication with Customer Service as well as the technician that came to my house to be pleasant.

    Good service

    There technician was professional, knowledgeable, informative and pleasant. Sales staff were informative and explained all the options. Booking a service call was quick, easy and they were accommodating. Would recommend them.

    Excellent and knowledgeable

    The tech was on time and very knowledgeable about the products he was working with. My monthly bill went down! My previous provider was charging $35. Now I pay $22 and it includes cellular monitoring and a cell phone app to allow me to control my system. Thank you TMC!

    TMC review

    Great customer service. A repair man came out right away to help fix the device that had recently been installed. He answered all of my question and was very helpful.

    Home alarm system

    Every part of my experience from this company has been amazing, from the moment I called to ask about their services to the installation tech and now the service. They’re so knowledgeable and friendly. It has been the most enjoyable experience!

    Security system

    I was paying way too much to the previous company compared to this one for the same job. The staff at the office are very efficient and so was the technician who came in time to install the system, he was very helpful in answering every question that we had. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Alarm Minutoring Service

    The Monitoring Center customer service center quickly booked my appointment and followed up for confirmation. The rep came during the window provided and was very knowledgeable and professional. They quickly switched over my alarm monitoring service and he explained all aspects of the service to me. The price is phenomenal relative to other providers.

    Great security

    Prompt on answering calls... all staff are knowledgable, security system is easy to use and does its job.. technician listened to our needs and acted accordingly. I have many wierd windows and TMC was able to cover them all.
