Very happy to have switched from a $30 /mth service to TMC at $19.99 /mth incl the LTE cellular service, and 6 mos free basic ($60) is great. I was a bit worried re switching, but can see in several interactions that they are professional and have a useful website and so I paid $2 a month extra for the phone app to see and control our system from our phones. That will be nice to get an alert if a problem. Overall very happy.

I am very happy with making this choice! I feel more protected in my own home and didn’t have to spend a fortune! The technician installed everything with no confusion!

The service was exceptional, technician exactly knew what he was doing..They gave me different options as per my needs. They also have option to pay the amount in 6 interest free payments. They met all my requirements!

There was a 30 year old alarm system in the house I recently purchased. When I called the Monitor Centre, the Sales representative helped me to evaluate whether to connect the old system or install a new one. She also helped me to pick the right fit. The technician is very knowledgeable. There was an issue with my home phone after the alarm system was installed. The Monitor Centre sent another technician to fix the problem within a reasonable time.

Everything from setting up my appointment, the great communication, excellent technician who came to set things up and explain the system was much appreciated. I would highly recommend The Monitoring Centre to anybody looking for a house alarm. Great discounts for seniors as well. Thank you.

Switched to the Monitoring Center several years ago. Always great and professional service with fantastic customer service. Recently, got my account switched for the new home. It was quick and easy. The tech came on time, explained everything and did everything satisfactorily. Can't ask for more! Good job - keep it up.

I recently moved into a home that had existing ADT equipment and I was worried that I couldn't get security setup without a landline but TMC walked me through everything and made it simple and easy to understand. My initial interaction was with Kathy (or Cathy) and she was amazing! Worked with my schedule and was patient with my questions. The technician that came to my house was also professional, thorough and explained everything to me. Great customer service and with the savings that TMC is giving me, I'm over-the-moon with my experience with them so far!

I recently moved to another home which had an older (2007) alarm system installed from the previous home owner. The Monitoring Center technician was able to test, verify that all alarm points were function correctly and activated the (old) home security system. The alarm system works great and I didn’t have to buy a brand new home security system. The technician did a great job in verifying the system and never tried to upsell me on purchasing a new home security system. The TMC service group also sent me a copy of the User Guide for my old (2007) alarm system as I didn’t have a copy. Great customer service and a super deal for Home Security Monitoring service at only $9.99 monthly!
