    Alarm Monitoring

    Conversion of existing alarm to cellular connection monitored by the monitoring center. The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the project in an hour and a half. The technician walked me through account setup. No mess was made and a booklet with all reference materials was provided.

    awesome service

    Opted for TMC to protect our home during the snowbird season. Very impressed by the thoroughness of the CS folks and the service tech. Well done!!! I've used other service providers in the past - always with mixed results. With TMC it is smooth :-)

    Same service at 1/4 the cost

    My alarm company raised its rate yet again. I looked on the internet and found The Monitoring center and their reasonable rates for the same service. Called and set up the changeover, it could not have been easier. The technician arrived within the 2hr window and 1hr later was on the way. He reviewed my mom's medical alarm with her and set the ambulance as the responder.

    Replace Existing Monitoring Service using VOIPMuch Tel/Alarm

    I was very happy after my call with TMC after discussing my VOIP phone linked to my current alarm. They suggested 2 options they would be able to test on site for touch tone and pulse (which my VOIP Phone can be configured to if needed). The TMC service technician as he was able to work with his senior technical people remotely while on site to patiently figure out how to successfully get my VOIP phone/alarm to connect and work in touch tone with TMC. The service technician was very thorough testing all my window/door contacts, motion sensors and hardwired alarm for smoke using a spray. That gave me peace of mind and satisfaction and a great deal including 6 months free service so I don't need to pay again for 18 months.

    Great value proposition

    I'm very happy with the service I've received so far. The technician was very professional and polite. In addition to the monthly fee they provided the hardware paid on 6 installments that is mine to keep. So far I can not complain about anything. Would strongly recommend!

    Home Security System Monitoring

    Changed over my home security monitoring to TMC after many years with another company who wanted to charge me quite a bit of money to upgrade. Not only did I get a cellular monitoring system with smartphone remote access, I am still paying less than I would have paid with the other company without the upgrade. Changeover took a couple hours, but they got it all tested and setup with my existing hardware.

    Great Security Monitoring Service

    I was with another company for a long time and found them to be very expensive. I replaced them with The Monitoring Center Much! Much! less in price while providing the same service. Very professional office staff and smart technician! Great company!

    Home monitoring

    Great company to work with! Pricing is good and they showed up on time and were very professional. You will not find a cheaper price for monitoring, highly recommended for anyone looking for monitoring.

    Courteous, on time service

    Sales guy provided all the information upfront regarding equipment ownership (you own your own equipment), term of contract and payment schedule. Monthly cost is significantly cheaper than other providers and they were able to work with the existing monitoring equipment in my home. Tech came on time, and was fast and courteous. Overall the installation experience was good and I hope future experience will be great as well.

    Cheap price

    Alarm is low cost, 20 dollars a month.... Enough said I am satisfied with the product, sometimes there is a bit of a delay in past test I've done but overall good company
