We were having trouble with our boiler, and our hot water heater had low pressure and the water would get cold in a short period of time. Technician (#2182) was very thorough and knowledgeable about older residential boilers, explained things well to us while inspecting,the boiler, and gave us a lot of useful information. Our hot water heater works well again and my husband and I were impressed by the high level of service and straight forward talk.

Today, Darren Cooney, Reliance Technician installed the new tank water heater. He did a great job and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I will recommend Reliance service my family and friends. Thank you!

Installation when very well, we are very pleased with the crew that did the job, Mark and his helpers where very polite and answered all my questions. They came on time and left all working areas cleaned at the end and Mark took the time to explain me how to use the features of the Wi-Fi thermostat... I will be setting up the app later today...!! Just had my annual furnace maintenance completed by our Reliance Home Comfort service man, Dan Haley. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had plenty of time to not only complete the work but also answer my questions. I highly recommend the Reliance Home Comfort service.

I had called in for service regarding my water heater. The technician Otto Kanoumi was very knowlageable and got the heater working. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friend and family members.

Today October 14 the hot water stopped working and the worker (west) helped filter it through and now the hot water is back on and working. Thank you reliance for your help.

Tommy Gianitsopulos has serviced my HVAC equipment since 2009 and found to be very methodical and conscientious in his work. His technical knowledge of my equipment is up-to-date. He is courteous and makes a good impression of his employer as a front-line representative to extend goodwill to customers.He has been a mentor to younger servicemen.
