Mark from Sauga Heating and Air installed my new furnace and air conditioner on Oct 24th, 2014. They crew are very professional and the job were done beautifully. Marked called me one day ahead of installation time and make sure he got all the info. The crew showed up exactly on time. They took the time to do the work and never rush it and attention to the detail. I had bad experience with other contractors who always rushed the job. I am really happy the way Mark and the crew performed the work. After the work is done, Mark took the time and explained the things I need to pay attention too. Money is well spent. Thanks Mark.

Shawn was very friendly, said hello w/ a smile. Explained what he was doing, Knew what he was doing and cleaned up after his work was done. In all he was very professional and polite. Very good service technician.

Joe was very friendly and informative about what he was doing and what he was finding. Made helpful suggestions. Very professional. Answered any questions I had. He knew his business.

The Sales rep James was very professional. He followed up with a visit after installation . He took some pictures and had Maintenance return to tweak and give a good finish. Job now is professionally done.

we had no hot water in our house and we called the reliance costumer service. The technician was good and he figured out the problem really quick from the information we provided without even looking at the heater. He fixed the problem quick and efficiantly. The only complain I have is that the service was slow as they did not send the technician the same day.We had to be without hot water for 2 days.

Adam W. and his associate came next day, had my furnace running in minutes and were very knowledgeable and professional. My repair was covered under the Reliance Protection Plan. I would recommend the service to anyone with an aging furnace or AC.

Tommy Gianitsopulos is the best Home Comfort Advisor you will ever deal with. Having been an installer himself; he is extremely knowledgeable and is able to provide the customer with the best solutions possible. I called Tommy a couple of times and he always answered the phone and catered to all my requests. The only reason I chose Reliance to do the work, was because of Tommy's professionalism. Jason Bruce was the installer and I was very happy with the quality of his work. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Both of these guys are the best in their field.

Mr. Philip Sirek, who came to service the hot water tank at our house today, was personable and quick. The water has been hot. No more ice bucket challenges here.

Our annual furnace inspection by Reliance resulted in having the furnace shut off on Oct 14, because of high CO in the exhaust. A telephone call to reliance who made another service appointment for Oct. 15. The service man arranged an appointment with Glen, in sales for Oct 16. Glen clearly described our options and we chose to lease a new furnace with very advantageous benefits to us. He then arranged for installation on Oct 17. On Oct 17, Danny and John arrived as scheduled at 9:00 a.m. and had the new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier installed and the work area cleaned. They laid runners so that the movement of the furnace and the foot traffic in and out would not dirty the carpets. From first to last, Reliance and the three staff, Glenn, Danny, and John, plus the telephone contract staff could not have been more helpful , courteous, or timely.

I like the products and the service from Reliance. I very enjoy the new furnace now. The explanation from Home Comfort Advisor Brendan Murray was very helpful, so we can make the right decision. The two installation workers were also great.
