We needed a new furnace and a/c for our new home and called several dealers. Reliance Home Comfort was one of them. We requested a home visit and Darius Chichgur, Home Comfort Advisor, came to visit our home as per schedule. Darius provided us an excellent before and after-sales service. He was very friendly, informative, has an in-depth knowledge about their products, services and the market as well. He made some useful recommendations on how to install the furnace and a/c and gave us clear expectations on some adjustments that needed to be done. In terms of pricing, he gave us options on how take advantage of their offer. He even called us on the day of installation to see to it that everything was going on smoothly. That’s an excellent gesture! Yesterday, our new furnace and a/c were installed. Harry Mayer and his team mate gave an excellent service. The team was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Everything went smoothly as the job was completed in time. Overall, we had a great experience with the sales and technical teams of Reliance Home Comfort. We will definitely recommend Reliance to our friends and colleagues. Many thanks!

Reliance team members Mike Rees (#2205) & Zach Nunns (#1658) were courteous and professional. They worked carefully and protected our flooring, walls and other household items. They informed us of what they were going to do as well as the reasons for doing it. They explained the benefits of the new hot water tank (capacity, improved insulation). They arrived on time and completed their work when they said they would. Prior to departing, they cleaned up the work area. Based on our experience with Mike and Zach, we would recommend using Reliance to others.

I had an old furnace approx. 18 yrs old. My air conditioner was not working one day, so I tried the furnace! Nothing was working so I changed the thermostat and still nothing. I called the company that I rent my water heater from and they told me there was nothing they could do for me unless it was there product. I called Reliance and the gentleman on the phone said I will send someone first thing in the morning. Jesse Mclean arrived at my home and gave me a few options instead of trying to push a sale. He then was able to sell me both units at an affordable cost to me. This included all aspects of the job including installation and new gas venting. The job was done 2 days later well beyond the specified time lot. Bruce and another gentleman (very personable) were awesome as well throughout installation. I would recommend anyone to them for fast and great service. Jesse then contacted me to make sure everything was good. He even mentioned a rebate that I will be getting because of the new units.

We recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Reliance. The salesman, Brendan Murray, did a very thorough and detailed presentation and I felt confident that I had purchased the best package for my needs. He told me things that other salesmen overlooked and spent at least an hour covering all aspects of the furnace and installation. He followed up after the installation regarding the workmanship. Compared to the others he was the most professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance and Brendan.

Had a new furnace and A/C unit put in by the RELIANCE HOME COMFORT team. Great service and product knowledge and the installation Guys were very neat and thorough and took great pride in the work they did. Old system was 20 years old and given the forecast for another hard winter I am glad that I had my system replaced and look forward to many years of comfort from the new system.

The technician Chad McDaid came to our home on exact given time.he was very co-operative and explained to us everything in detail.I would say excellent service and recommend him fully.

My installers were prompt and courteous. They "rolled out the red carpet" to protect the working area. They did a great job on the installation and when they were done they explained workings of the unit. My installers cleaned up after themselves too! Thank you guys!

Throughout the year of 2014 i have received exceptional service from Mike Zevallos especially from Reliance and have recently taken out yet another service plan - which i had at a competitor. There is a lot of competition but i find that the customer facing techs that i have had the experience with - Reliance shines above the rest when it comes to servicing and repairing. Honesty is so key when i choose the vendors that i work with and i have recommended my brother to use Reliance also. Thanks again Mike for an amazing experience. Keep it up.
