I had my water heater burst on a Friday night. Otto and Mehul showed up Sunday afternoon and had it replaced in an hour. Otto called 15 minutes before arriving. Very professional and efficient. Awesome work guys.

I called for service on my furnace and within 2 hours a tech showed up.he was very courteous and professional.it needed a part which he didn't have but he went and picked it up and my heat going within the hour

We called Reliance in order to move our water tank to a different place in the basement because it was situated in the centre of the basement and didn't allow much access to our laundry facilities. Mehul Patel was the service technician that was assigned to our job and he did an exceptional job. He arrived right on time, he even called us 5-10 minutes in advance to confirm and give us a heads up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His work was precise, clean, and timely. He re-positioned the water heater in the corner of the room, giving us access to the entire space and the piping was very well done. We are very happy with the job Mehul did.

It was a regular yearly service. Paul, #1690 was on time, and did a good job in servicing the Furnace. He was quick to identify that the Motor needed replacement. He quickly ordered and was back the same day in the afternoon to replace the motor. Paul was very professional and provided good tips in maintenance.

Replaced old water heater with new tankless one. Installation was fast, efficient and the installers were extremely polite and very neat. There was an initial issue with the new water heater not heating the water enough, but it was resolved to my satisfaction

I have been calling your 24/7 service for 3 hours now and no answer! This is a joke! I have no hot water and i doubt i will be getting through to service tonight UGHHH

It was Otto Kanouni who came to check the problem with the water heater and her was very helpful. he heard to the problem patiently and did the right job needed. really satisfied

Water tank replacement for Sunday. Great and courteous service. Called the service in 8 am, got home on the same day. Replaced water tank in 2 hours with complete service. Excellent!!

I am satisfied with Otto's service.He came on time he was friendly. He preformed his work very effectivtiy and explained the problem I had with my heater. He was in and out and didnt require much time to fix the heater.

Chris DeGouveia, a technician assigned by Reliance, came in this afternoon to assess and replace our furnace fan. I could immediately see how attentive to details he was by starting off by wearing slippers covering his work shoes. He was detailed in his explanation and advise to the extend that I went by his recommendation to add coverage on another property. It was truly a pleasure to deal with him. Whoever gets him as a technician is truly fortunate. Great job, Chris. 2 thumbs up! 10 out 10
