I noticed yesterday my water tank was leaking from the shutoff and Relaince tech Wes Lloyd came and fixed my leak. thank you reliance home comfort for your fast service.

Wow excellent service today from reliance. Wesley Lloyd was extremely professional and informative. He explained to me the operation of the tank preventive maintenance that I can do in an easy manner for me to understand thank you reliance for sending Wesley to my home

I noticed I had rusty water coming out of my taps. I called reliance and they sent Wes Lloyd to correct the issue. He quickly found the problem and replaced a few parts explaining what they do to protect my water heater inside. Thank you reliance for coming within 24 hours.

The Reliance Home Comfort technichian who completed the service at our residence was very knwoledgeable, courteous and identified the problem with the furnace. The Reliance Home Comfort technician also completed the annual furnace maintenance program. As with the past, we have had contractor sent by Reliance Home Comfort to no avail. Was having issues with my hot water tank, called reliance, whoever I was speaking with was great! Within an hour the service tec. phoned me just as promised to schedule a time that was good for me. He phoned me 10 min prior to give a heads up, Ken was very professional when he showed up, got right to work and had it complete very quickly. Very satisfied with the service all around that was provided! Thanks!

I had a problem with the water hose on my newly installed furnace. Dave came by and reattached the hose and walked me through the operation of my humidifier. He was personable and very informative. Great job. Thanks Dave.

Our water heater stopped working all of a sudden, and we were without hot water. We called reliance and they have it scheduled on the very next day. And the technician who came to our house was Mehul Patel. After inspecting, he quickly identified the cause and fixed it. He is very appealing and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our queries in a very professional manner. An individual like Mehul adds value to this ever growing company Reliance.

I needed a new furnace, and called several dealers on Carrier's website. Reliance Home Comfort was one of them. I spoke with the Sales Rep, Tom Gianitsopulos, who provided me with excellent service and informative product information. Visiting my home, Tom did such thorough measurements that he could have been a bespoke suit tailor. He made many helpful recommendations as to how the furnace and drainage should be installed, and the best location for the soon to be installed humidifier. I had done a lot of research on product and pricing, and Tom proved all that research right. Based on what Reliance provided and installed, the pricing was excellent. The installers came on the appointed day and did a very thorough, professional and clean install. The furnace not only looks great in my messy basement, but the few times I've used it so far, it works great and is very quiet. In closing, originally I would never have thought of purchasing from a large 'impersonal' company like Reliance, thinking they would be much more expensive and difficult to work with than the smaller dealer I was originally going to buy from. Tom proved me wrong with his personal and informative service, prompt follow up, and competitive pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom and Reliance to any of my family and friends.
