    Furnace/AC replacament

    Harry and his team ( AirCare) are very professional in their work. They are so well organized and adept of what they do. They showed up early, did a quick check on the work area and proceeded to install the equipment. They work with quickness and efficiency, even forgetting to take a break. I would recommend these guys strongly. We're very satisfied with their service. Harry is topnotch.

    Water tank

    After turning on my tabs to discover rusty water I called reliance Wesley came and replaced my water tank which made my day. Thank you Wesley for your service and for setting up an appointment for a new furnace for me.

    Reliance Home Comfort Water Heater Rental

    I had some tenants living in my home whom were responsible for the utilities. They changed it to my name (Reliance said that they didn't care to ask for anything that would verify ID since it was ultimately the homeowner's responsibility) so three years later, I received a phone call by their collection agency. During those 3 years, the bills were being sent to the WRONG address in the WRONG city. The operator dared to ask when I called back after contacting Reliance, 'How did you know to call us if you didn't receive the bills?' The customer service representatives were unwilling to provide details - kept on saying they couldn't wait and had to move on to the next customer. When I finally spoke with the supervisor, I was able to finally find out some details. Such as the bill having been placed under my name without my consent or action (pretty sure that's fraud). Of course the supervisor did say I could contest it but ultimately it came back to the homeowner is responsible for everything, Reliance doesn't care. So ultimately I had to pay it (including a late charge) even though I never received a bill and even now, despite their reassurances that I would get a copy of the paper bill and of the actual payment I've now made, I still have nothing to prove that this transaction occurred other than through my visa statement. In the meantime, I've started canceling my Reliance Home Comfort plans and buying new water heaters and having them installed. If I can't trust the company to have good business practices, why should I take the risk and end up with a bill years later?

    furnace repair

    I had my problems with Reliance but when Paul (Team Member #1690) came to my home to check my furnace he was very professional and knew what the problem was in a few minutes

    Hot water heater

    Chad McDaid was the technician who was assigned to address the problem I had with the hot water tank. He's an excellent technician with a great personality. He took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was and provided us with useful tips to maintain the water heater. His knowledge was quite impressive. Thanks Chad for your help and for making my first service call with Reliance a great one! Kudos to you!

    furnace inspection

    Naresh{Paul} attended our residence to inspect our furnace, very professional, knowledgable and provides excellent maintenance advise. I unequivocally and categorically would recommend him as a service person on the behalf of Reliance

    Replace A/C & Furnace

    Reliance - Replace A/C & Furnace - Customer Feedback Matt is easy to work with, sets clear expectations and he has in-depth product knowledge. He took the time to explain the services in details and help us choose the most suitable products and services which meet our daily needs.     New furnace and central air

    In February of 2014, my husband and I had a new furnace and central air installed. We were told that we get 8 months free of payments with this deal. When they went to install the furnace they found it had to be turned to fit. They told us that we had to pay an extra 1000.00 up front for installation, they would give us an extra 4 months free (800.00) to offset this charge. After 8 months of constant phoning.....we have yet to receive the 800.00 dollars. Every month I have been promised that this problem will be rectified. It never has. Reliance promises but does NOT DELIVER !!

    Very pleased with the care and professionalism of installers. Job was done quickly and time was taken to explain features of new furnace and to instruct us on operation of new thermostat.

    Water tank

    Otto was great. Fast, efficient, informative, friendly, and got the job done. He did a full inspection and repaired what was required. We are very happy with the service he provided.
