    Purchased Air Conditioner and Furnace

    We rented to buy an air conditioning and furnace unit from reliance. I bought out the full amount in June. I had to call the company in July because they sent me a bill for the rental. I spoke with a Fred and explained we are not rented any more, we purchased it for the full amount. We resolve it and I thought everything was taken care of. Then in August I get another bill, I call and talk to Pia. I explained everything all over again and she agreed with me and said it will be taken care of. THEN in September, I get a notice with a bill that I have an over due balance and they threaten to send me to collections. I call Kelly and explain my situation, she said no problem, easy solution, she would get a Brian to work on it right away. Come October, I get another bill for renting the air conditioner and furnace. I am not renting the air conditioner or furnace from them anymore, i bought it out in full. I've contacted this company many times to get my issue resolved and it's been nothing but a problem. I would never suggest buying or renting from them. We are currently looking into purchasing a water heater of our own so we will never have to do business with them again.

    furnace, air conditioner

    After four months of no air conditioning and multiple service calls from other contractors not taking care of the job, Matt Greenhalgh (employee #1353) came by and did a fantastic job. The work he did was so professional and knowledgeable that I would give him a 10/10 rating. Finally my problem is solved.

    hot water heater service

    I had brown water coming from my hot water tank. Reliance (Joe Green #2512) serviced the unit to the best of his ability, but in the end the tank requires replacement. Joe is a professional and did a great job!

    Hot Water Tank Service

    I had no hot water and called reliance . The Technician, Otto Kanouni arrived fairly quickly and was able to right away detect the problem. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about this unit. He was very quick in fixing the tank. He was in and out within 30 min. I highly recommend Reliance and appreciate their technician Otto.

    Hot water tank leak

    Our rented hot water tank leaked Aug 1, called Relaiance who sent out a 3rd party company who confirmed leak was fixed. 1 month later on Sept 7 we woke up to a massive leak in our basement from our rented hot water tank, leaking from the main floor. We called Reliance right away and they have to continued to send our the 3rd party company since Sept 7 with no luck. IT IS STILL LEAKING!!! Reliance is taking NO responsibility and continues to have the 3rd party company involved who is clearly not in any rush to fix this!

    replace a/c and furnace

    from rodney schunker(home comfort advisor) to mark botelho and his team from sauga heating and air, i can some this up with one word, excellent.. rodney went thru the presentation and was great in getting his service and message across. mark and his crew were in on time and gone , but their workmenship and what was great too see that they worked together as a well greased machine. since alot of people have problem working together. rodney, mark and his team have given great customer satisfaction in the tidy and clean work area . they were well knowledge about their work and were ready to explain or adjust what we wanted done at the house.guys great job and keep it as as you will only increase the business.. mario/sharon

    heating.

    The tech showed up on time and he was very family friendly. He had a great attitude, great knowledge of the furnace and he's been doing it for more than 20 yrs. The cost was super reasonable and we are super happy. Thanks Joe

    Air Conditioner Check up

    Robert Maclean came to my home today to do an Air Conditioner check up on our new rent to own unit. It was installed at the beginning of June. We used it about 3 times since then and it works well. Robert was very professional, friendly and polite. He explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for, to be sure the unit was working correctly. He demonstrated an excellent understanding of the furnace and the air conditioner and how it was working and all about the proper installation of it. He shared information with regards if any problems arose that we should contact Reliance asap. He took care not to dirty our floors by putting clean booties over his work boots. He took time to explain how to set the humidifier in the summer and winter and how to turn off the AC unit outside without having to turn off the breakers inside. He worked quickly and efficiently. If I require any additional service in the future I would ask for Robert Maclean specifically.

    Hello I had Otto and Sam come to my house they were both really great and helpful with thing I need to be done.they both did everything that needed to be done and I'm really happy with their services.

    Hot water tank

    Today we had not one but two technicians sent to our home to exchange an old electric hot water tank for a new gas tank. From the moment I opened the door I knew we were in good hands. Andrew Cheng and Joe Green were careful not to get our new carpets dirty and were naturally great with our young daughter and puppy and very easy to have in the house. These two guys came into our home and within the many constraints including: short pluming lines, electrical load concerns, small space and incredibly challenging ventilation issues they were able discuss all of our options with us and help us come to the best solution for our needs. They were even able to tell us about some of the others services and products that Reliance has to offer and how they would help us as we make our new/old house a home. Their knowledge and expertise further support our willingness to encourage people to go to Reliance for their home heating and cooling needs. We only hope that when you open the door your lucky enough to have Andrew and Joe on the other side ready to help you!
