Our new furnace and A/C were installed the other day replacing a 35 year old HVAC system. We had a somewhat tricky install to be done, but Dean and Sherry were up for the challenge. Everything went very smoothly thanks to this team and got done in just 1 day!! We thought it would be a difficult day but, they were professional, knowledgeable and polite making for a great transfer and day. We would highly recommend this team!

Excellent service with respect to installation etc from Rodney Schunker from Reliance. Very professional. Satisfied to date. We are looking forward to a warmer house in the winter and cooler house in the summer. Many thanks to Rodney and his team at Reliance.

After months of non stop problem with our hot water tank which was only 6yrs old, and after many parts replaced and many visits from technicians, and 4 days without hot water...finally Reliance replaced it with a new one!! The technicians who replaced the old with the new Dan Spooner team member #2807 was helpful, very knowledgeable and organized. He understood what we were going through and did his job with much enthusiasm. It was a great relief to have someone so polite and efficient.

Sales rep Bobineau was very knowledgeable of different products & furnaces & ac units. Had them replaced after 20 years of service. The crew which replaced the units were very good & put down drop sheets & cleaned up after installation. Overall a very good experience.

Kajen from Reliance came out to repair our rental water heater. He was professional and took the time to review the repair. We're thinking of switching our furnace/ air conditioning servicing to them as well based on today's experience. I appreciate when things go smoothly so thanks for making it pleasant! (cost is covered as it is a rental unit)

Excellent service. Our leaky hot water tank was replaced less than 24 hours after we called. Mike was prompt, pleasant, efficient, tidy, helpful and good with the dog. Could not have been better.

After 20 years it was time to replace our furnace. This would be the first time that we ever experienced the purchase of a furnace. We did our homework and met with sales representatives from various companies. We were impressed with Jesse Mclean who represented Reliance. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the product and process. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was able to answer any questions we had. The day of the installation went as promised. The gentlemen who installed the furnace were also polite and respectful. They explained what they were going to do. We were very confidant and went on with our day. When I came home later that morning the installation was complete and the technicians were gone. The area around the furnace was spotless and nothing of the old furnace was left behind. Thank you every one at Reliance for making this a positive experience.

Steve was very helpful, polite and thorough. He found the problem and had it fixed in no time . Now I will have heat and the furnace will shut off when it is supposed to. He had to remove the thermostat.

We had a leaky hot water tank and called Reliance. Barry came form the Kingston office and fixed the problem with ease. We were completely impressed with how he handled himself in our house around our 0children and the dog; you could tell he was a professional.
