I was very happy with the service I received from my salesman Jesse McLean and the techs who installed my new furnace and air conditioning. They were all professional and courteous.

Sales person Don was helpful in selecting the system correct for my home. He also came by on the day of the installation to insure all was going well. Senior Installers Tim and Jason came on time and were equipped with everything necessary to do a clean and efficient installation of my new furnace and air conditioning unit. They provided temporary carpet protectors for everywhere they walked that was carpeted and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed.

team members Barry 921 and Danny 1628 were very punctual and friendly got on with the job immediately no standing around drinking coffee first the workmanship first class no mess explained the new system in easy terms couldn't ask for better service also the sales rep Jesse very professional and helpful no pressure thanks reliance hector

My sales person Jayson Newton was straight forward, honest and helped me through the install. Jayson was only a call away and when we ran into a small issue and I called him he had already set in motion the solution! I would say that he was knowledgeable, reliable ad actually cared that the project was done on time and right. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Jayson.

Daryl F. (RCH 2109) was at my house twice to fix and then replace my rented water heater. He was on time, very friendly, and remembered me from his previous visit almost 2 months earlier. I really appreciated how careful he was with my hardwood floors and walls as it is a tight squeeze up the stairs and i couldn't find spec of dirt after he cleaned up, even though I saw how much corrosion fell off the old tank and onto his mats. Thanks again for all your help Daryl!

I have never actually written a review before but felt that I had to in this case. We had a great experience with the team at Reliance (Kyle our Sales Rep and the two installers - Mike & ??). Kyle was very helpful through the few hiccups that we experienced during the install (which were no fault of Reliance). Thanks Reliance, your customer service was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend you in future. Special thanks to Kyle for being so responsive.

Reliance adjusted our water heater temperature as we noticed that the water had cooled a little recently. They gave helpful tips and general advice on the operation of the water heater.

Yearly maintenance was performed by the technician Frank. Did it well.Good Job. Eventhough I had to call the Customer support to know about the status of the Technicians arrival,Since it was 2 Hrs. behind schedule from the fixed time .Rest everything was fine.It would be nice to keep the customer posted.
