Needed an HRV so Brendon assisted us with his wonderful salesmanship and even helped us to upgrade our existing water heater to tankless.Brendon assisted us with all the questions we had.Will contact him sure again if need any help. I experienced great customer service while contacting the service centre at midnight. The response was immediate and the technician showed up early morning. He was very friendly and appeared to possess excellent technical service. He replaced couple of parts and also provided his recommendation. The water heater was functional in less than 15 minutes.

Late last week I contacted Reliance Home Services, from which we rent our hot water heater, to report an issue we were experiencing re: water temperature. Specifically, when the cold water was turned on, very hot water was coming out of the household taps and exterior hose valves. Not only did Reliance send a technician to our home within the hour; but the service call (conducted by Joe Green) was one of the most efficient and expedient I have ever experienced by any service provider. Despite the issue being quite rare in nature, Joe was able to identify the likely problem and reconfigured the original construction of the heater's plumbing on the spot to solve the problem within a very short period of time (under 30 min). He did not have to "order a part" or "reschedule a follow-up appointment", which is typically the experience We are used to with service calls. Joe also provided some additional helpful hints re: other existing plumbing/heating mechanism in our home which we may wish to look into going forward. As we are not overly knowledgable or experienced in these matters, we really appreciated the high level of customer care and experience provided by Joe. I only wish all of our service calls could be this effective and efficient. Thanks Joe!

The waterheater turned out to be leaking in the morning. Called reliance, they were very nice, scheduled arrangement by the afternoon. The technician was also nice, and fixed the heater very quickly. It would be nice if the cost of vent installation is absorbed as well, considering that I'm renting.

Robert Maclean did a maintenance service for me and I was very pleased with the care and advice he gave me. He was very polite and pleasant and he even rolled up my water hose in the backyard he used to clean my AC unit. My dog loved him too. Thanks Robert, hope to get you next time.

my water heater broke down and a reliance representative Saleem Malik came to fix it. he was respectful and wore shoe covers when entering my home. he explained what the problem was and was able to fix it right away. and I will recommend to my friends and family.

Lost hot water. Called Reliance in the morning and they came within a couple of hours. Wesley arrived gave some tips on how to take care of appliance and cleaned and fixed the problem.

We had no hot water last night..i called and was showed up next morning at 11am. Fixed the problem:) he also found issue with the screens of the water taps..as the pressure was low. Gave good advice on replacing them. Thanks wes!

On the scheduled day of installation Dan called to indicate when they would arrive and basically did so. The installation, expanations and clean up with Dan and Chris was done in about three hours neatly and professionally. Would recommend this pair.
