Late last week I contacted Reliance Home Services, from which we rent our hot water heater, to report an issue we were experiencing re: water temperature. Specifically, when the cold water was turned on, very hot water was coming out of the household taps and exterior hose valves. Not only did Reliance send a technician to our home within the hour; but the service call (conducted by Joe Green) was one of the most efficient and expedient I have ever experienced by any service provider. Despite the issue being quite rare in nature, Joe was able to identify the likely problem and reconfigured the original construction of the heater's plumbing on the spot to solve the problem within a very short period of time (under 30 min). He did not have to "order a part" or "reschedule a follow-up appointment", which is typically the experience We are used to with service calls. Joe also provided some additional helpful hints re: other existing plumbing/heating mechanism in our home which we may wish to look into going forward. As we are not overly knowledgable or experienced in these matters, we really appreciated the high level of customer care and experience provided by Joe. I only wish all of our service calls could be this effective and efficient. Thanks Joe!
