Repair worker came in to fix a leak with our hot water heater, however, despite fixing the initial problem, the carelessness of the repair worker resulted in a dangerous gas leak in my home. I won't list the workers name as I know this is going to be dealt with by Enbridge Gas. the purpose of this review is the hopes that Reliance better manages the quality of their employees. A nice and professional employee means nothing if it puts families lives at risk.

I received a funny smell when using hot water. I called Reliance and they immediately provided me with a service technician same day but I couldn't make it because i have to work. They provided me with the next day service. Wesley came out and checked the hot water tank. He immediately provided me with an explanation as to why there is a smell in the hot water tank. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Excellent service.

Great Service, clean, friendly, felt confident from the beginning sales process to the install. Have been a long time customer and will continue to be. Would recommend Reliance to family and friends.

Furnace fan motor replacement under service contract. Ron B. was very polite and personable. He cleaned the squirrel cage fan before changing the motor. When replacing the fan, he kept the wires neat and tidy. Zip tied and the lose wires. In my opinion he went above and beyond the job. Overall and excellent job. Philip Sirek managed to come a day early to fix a leaking hot water tank and was in and out in only a few minutes. Was very courteous and professional. He comes Highly recommended. Left his personal reliance business card in case I had any follow up questions or concerns.

I had a new hot water heater installed a month ago. It was done poorly. The venting was a mess. I had Mike R (RCH 2296) in today to fix it. He was awesome. Did a very clean and professional job. Night and day difference. I am very happy now.

We have a reliance plan so the work did not cost. Service man was Paul LATOUR team member #950. He was very very helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was on schedule and on time and that was very much appreciated. He fixed the problem promptly and gave me some very helpful tips to prevent future problems. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Paul and by Reliance. Thank you very much.

Ken arrived just a few hours after being called and quickly solved the problem with our water heater. Excellent service! Highly recommended! There was no charge at all for the service call.
