Paul and Otto arrived as scheduled. They were both well spoken and helpful. Could not have asked for a better team to help out our issues. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen for your home comfort needs.

Wes was very polite and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain to me why my old water heater couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. He replaced the water shutoff valve to the hot water tank (which he didn't have to). He also pointed out a pinhole leak in the tubing that runs to my humidifier and took the time to tape over the pin hole to stop the leak. He cleaned up the sludge and dirt from the old hot water tank. He explained how to operate the new unit. He wore shoe covers inside my house and laid down a floor cover to protect the hardwood. I'm very happy with the work that he did.

we received a service call from Joey D, tech # 0977 today. Our hot water stopped working last night, and he was able to fit us into his afternoon schedule at the last minute, which was greatly appreciated as we have a small baby in the house and were missing the hot water a lot! Joey was polite, respectful of our home and keeping it clean (wearing boot covers, using blankets etc) and efficient. Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, and eventually wound up installing a new hot water tank for us. He was in an out in just over an hour and within an hour after that, we had hot water again. This was by far one of the most pleasant service visits I have experienced in my memory. Thank you, Joey.

Mr Gurmeet Singh the technician from reliance was very professional had all the parts and fixed the job in a timely manner. He is very nice person and we are very happy with his workmanship.

Philip came into my home, was very polite and friendly, fixed the problem, explained how I could fix the problem and when there is a malfunction. He was really good. Overall awesome experience.

We had a on going problem with a water heater, a tech came before did not fix, Gurmeet came tonight and was very professional, communicated clearly the issue and fixed, we are very happy

Joey D (RCH 0977) came to my house and did an awesome job at troubleshooting and replacing my water heater. He was courteous and set my at ease after installation was complete by answering all my questions. I usually don't write reviews, but he deserves to be commended for a truly great job well done!

customer service worked hard to help-I had knocked pressure relief valve on tank by accident- started to drip water- company gave advice on the phone- water still dripping- sent a service advisor next day. Service advisor helpful, polite, and left a call back # if any further problems. Water no longer dripping- explained what pressure relief valve does & how it works- hopefully it won't happen again! Thank you:)

Tech 750 Mike Steinbach completed the above yesterday. Arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. Useful tips about our electronic air cleaner and A/C information. Professional and thorough. Good Reliance representative.

We noticed your signs around Richmond Hill and George really liked your analogy, 'we're not comfortable until you are'.
