My Husband and I would like to personally Thank Sam Demelo and his crew for their professional and punctual work. It was a real pleasure working with Sam Demelo to find the best fit for our new AC and Furnace, he was full of knowledge and great advice and we would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone. We are certainly glad we made the switch to Reliance. Keep up the great work guys.

The technician was right on time and very knowledgable. He resolved the problem quickly in a very professional manner. This tech should recieve some type of applause as it is rare to get this kind of service anymore. Thanks

Otto came to fix our hot water tank, and he was great. He explained everything step by step, was efficient and very friendly and polite. Job well done, thanks Otto!

We had no hot water for three days, while we were very disappointed with our over the phone service, the actual technician who came to our home was great. He was patient, kind and efficient. He would not leave until the job was done and stayed for five hours. If it wasn't for the service of Chad we would have probably left reliance all together. He knew what he was doing and was diligent and persistent. He takes pride in his work, and it was an absolute pleasure to have worked with him. After his very thorough work, he resolved our issue and we are back and running. Pleased to have had a hot shower today, thank you for your time Chad, you and your demeanor have kept a customer around. Some over the phone service staff however could use a little more training on customer service.

Your Technician Mr.Adam Walker did an excellent job yesterday when he came to rectify a noise caused by your outsourced A.C technician who did a service last week.Technicians like him will bring credit to your company and retain your existing clients

Upon having our yearly inspection on our furnace and air conditioner a crack was found on the secondary heat exchanger on the furnace, we needed a new on, a rep was called and was there that evening. Installer's were great Chris Z. and Dan B. our rep was Steve M. and our inspector was Pat. All were great all took the time to walk us thru everything, were kind to our children and was able to install the furnace during nap time for my 2 babies and they slept the whole time. Thank You.

Our water tank began leaking and we called for a service call. Our technician determined we needed or replaced. He was back early the next morning with new one. The only way service would have been better would be if he had a tank with him in his initial visit and didn't have to come back a second time. Technician was Jason Mitruk.

Service completed by James, very professional, called and let me know when he would arrive, was on time. Work completed and fully explained to me before I signed the work order.
